Melissa did an amazing job with making me comfortable, as well as answered every question I had. It is a painless process, and beautiful results! Warning it does take a long time to get done. It took about an hour exactly to put the lash extensions on fully. I can't hold still for too long, so that was a little bit of a struggle, but so worth it. I love my results and I feel she did a really good job with meeting the expectations I had. I do find it annoying that I can't rub my eyes after I shower ( LOL!) but it's not the worse thing that can happen. Overall I am very satisfied with the service at Deka! I would recommend to a friend to try them out! P.S. They are pricey and expensive to maintain, but I think they are worth it for an important event you may have etc.

I paid 180 dollars for the most…read moreexpensive lashes , I texted the shop weeks before going just to know exactly what I should book for I specifically asked for a certain style of lash I was told there was no problem I gave atleast 3-4 references to look at. she looked at it for 10 seconds and decided she was gonna do whatever she wanted to do. I sat there for 2 hours just to see them look NOTHING like I asked. I asked for long lose curl eyelashs and I got very tight curls , I let her know how I was feeling at that time , she agreed it was all her fault said "I should have taken more time to look at the photos " and she gave me two choices either she could take them off right then or make another appointment to fix them , I let her know i'm going on vacation and that's why I was there to get lashes , I also said I wasn't sure sat would work because of my vacation but we agreed to set it for sat because she had no other available times for me sooner. I am supposed to leave at 7 am that same day so I called to let the shop know that theres no way that can work they said I have two options come in friday when i'm supposed to be at work or come in at 4pm and get lashes put on that won't be on for 24 long enough for the glue to dry so I can get in the water and that is also the whole point of my trip . so basically I took the time to look up each artist to see who I thought would do the best job and I picked the manager and when I said they weren't how I wanted them she got defensive saying well that's what you booked for. she made me pull up the messages I made to the shop before she would even consider fixing them or scheduling me for another appointment to fix them. imagine telling your costumer they are wrong or making them feel bad for saying that's not how they wanted it. and before the shop tries to respond to this I will say yes they gave me two options both of which did not fit in with my schedule or plans for my vacation I shouldn't have to sacrifice my vacation for eyelashes I was getting FOR the trip. and once again I can't come in at 11am when I work till 12pm and I can't get them out on at 4pm when i'll be in the water well before 24 hours I explained this to the c service rep multiple times and all I got was the same run around answer so thank you again for doing whatever you wanted with my face. so when you look at shop instagram page and you wonder why there isn't alot of photos of their work this is the why. they don't care about their customers at all and if they did they would be able to understand why making the customer happy should be the most important part of the job not the money that they will happily take from you.

    I have been a loyal client at Honey Bunny for over three years, consistently scheduling waxing…read moreappointments every five weeks. Over that time, I have spent between $2,250 and $2,475 on services. Unfortunately, a recent experience has made it clear that continued loyalty holds little value at this business. Due to an unforeseen work emergency, I was unable to make a 5:30 PM appointment. I am fully aware of their cancellation policy, but I had no control over the situation and made an effort to communicate and reschedule. Despite this, I was charged a 35% cancellation fee, which came to $18.25. What made this more frustrating is the fact that the same technician had other availability that day, and the time could have easily been rebooked with another client. Rather than choosing to work with a dependable and long-standing customer, the business chose to enforce a fee without consideration of the context. Ironically, that small fee turned out to be a turning point. I have since switched to sugar waxing, and the improvement in service is undeniable. No more burns from wax that's too hot, no skin trauma from wax that's too cold, and absolutely no redness or irritation. The difference in quality and care speaks for itself. It's also important to note that over the course of three years, I experienced significant turnover among estheticians, making it difficult to maintain consistent quality and rapport. While policies are important, so is discretion -- and in this case, the lack of flexibility cost them far more than the $18 they collected. They may have followed their policy, but in doing so, they made it clear that customer loyalty is not a priority. A small fee was gained, but a loyal client -- and future revenue -- was lost.
