My actual move window was not narrowed down to the actual date until 12 hours before the moving team arrived. When I contacted Gasperson to ask them about the lack of notice, I was told this was a moving team they hadn't worked with before and threw all the blame on this team. The 2-man team that loaded and unloaded my items was great - efficient, professional and wonderful to work with. I would not work with the office staff at Gasperson again. There was little to no coordination, next to no communication and an unwillingness to take responsibility for the issues that arose. Have never felt this unsupported by a move coordinator. It's a shame because the actual team performing the move was outstanding.

They refused any compensation.
