I bought an insurance policy 02/19/2018 from Freeway Insurance Services (FIS) based on all of the great reviews. I had an absolute nightmare dealing with FIS. I spent over 3 hours trying to get my insurance cards/declaration after signing and paying $554 because Ms. Garcia (manager) stated the computer was having technical difficulties. I had a number of questions that Ms. Garcia and Marwa kept skirting around such as the application stating $600 in the limit column for collision. Both women stated this was a $600 deductible. Maybe so, but I need to see it with my eyes (documents i.e. declaration). I understand most people just go through the application and check the blocks without even reading the contract (legally binding) they are about to sign. I kept being put on hold for long periods of time without either women coming back anytime soon especially Ms. Garcia. I finally had to let her know she was providing poor customer service. I explained to her that I should have probably went to a different insurance company and that the Internet reviews is the reason I called FIS in the first place. Ms. Garcia stated that my situation was unusual. I suppose so, but it did not excuse my long wait (over 3 hours) or the constant waits on hold. Ms. Garcia did apologize but the situation remained the same. Ms. Garcia emailed me several copies (2 cars) of temporary insurance cards valid for 30 days. Ms. Garcia did email me a declaration with incorrect information on it. I emailed a reply as to what needed to be corrected. Incorrect information can void a contract all together. I then received an email requesting proof of my marriage within 14 days in order to keep the policy rates quoted by FIS. After my money ($554) was spent there was not much else I could do but write this review (many more to come) and possibly some complaints as well...Buyer beware... read more

I was paying too much to my previous insurance that I had. Recently I had to cancel my insurance couple of months ago and today I have got my vehicle insured. I was referred by a friend of mine to go to Freeway Insurance. I am very happy and pleased that I was helped by an agent named Maria Orozco. She was very thorough explaining to me how the policy works and very patient with me since I do ask a lot of questions. Basically, I called freeway insurance for a quote and spoke with Yesenia and got a super rate! I have been shopping around with multiple company's and let me tell you, it's stressful and frustrating to call all these companies, stay on the phone for about 1 hour for each quote, just to have them tell you the rate is going to be in the 400 dollar a month range, there is no way in heck, I am going to pay that. I was referred to freeway insurance by my friends and family, and I've heard them on the radio, but never gave them a chance. So I picked up the phone, called the closest office in town (Fontana) and I was lucky enough to speak to a very kind, friendly, and informative lady named Yesenia.....and let me tell you, She really made me feel inform about how insurance coverage works! So I got a great plan for full coverage for 87 a month. Compared to everyone else this was a extremely low rate for someone young like my self! Today on this beautiful Saturday afternoon I walked into freeway insurance in Fontana and talked to Francisco the manager of this location and I was offered coffee & water as soon I entered this establishment. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door with a smile from one of the employees, that's customer service at its finest. Nice, clean office I might add. I was looking for an SR-22 and I found the best possible price in town and I was ecstatic and very surprised with the savings I would save by stopping in to this office. Long story short I started a policy and I am very pleased on the money I will be saving and I would highly recommend this office to anyone that's looking to save money, and also have a wonderful experience with the staff. I was blessed with the most helpful person who not only gave me multiple options for Insurance, but explained each policy in detail. Her name is Taniah Watson. She broke everything down for me not trying to sell me what she thought that I needed. But what was best for me and what l actually did need. What I've seen from from Freeway insurance through my amazing interaction with Christina Pulido is authenticity, prestige, consumer friendliness and overall quality. I rarely comment and rate on review websites but again, from what we've discussed and seen of what the corporation offers in terms of benefits, services and options, is warranted, especially from what really looks like a company that genuinely cares for its consumers and employees, something that is truly in the minority these days. Aside from my first impression of Freeway Insurance as a whole, I'd like to thank Christina Pulido for the easy, friendly and WELL informative interaction. Wow what an experience from beginning to end! The environment at this place was very Professional AND Friendly! I called In for an insurance quote, and I ended up buying a policy thanks to Anthony Berumen. He was amazing, he really took his time to explain everything, and all of my options. I unfortunately have a DUI on my record, but he was still able to find me an amazing price on the policy. I'm now saving about 30% compared to what I was paying prior to contacting freeway insurance. So originally I had posted a review because Francisco said he would get me free triple A if I did. The service there is not good at all. First of all its a broker and they charge you stupid high rates for their services. Second, They don't always find the best or cheapest rate and don't follow up with you either. I was given a high rate for an unknown insurance and cancelled after 2 weeks and went to allstate. The staff is very rude to you unless you are shoveling money at them. This place is a joke. People please contact ur major insurance companies, farmers, all state, geico. I honestly thought they would always have higher rates, but it's not true, plus here u gotta pay ur brokers fees which has been the highest I've ever paid.
