Bruce called me soon after I reached out and came by to give me an estimate the next day. He looked at one of the holes and told me that it looked like a rat made the hole and that I should make sure to get rid of any rats before they did work or the screen would quickly need repairs again. Called based on other Yelp reviews. Spoke with Bruce directly and I sent him some photos of my lanai enclosure for a quote. Price seemed reasonable so he came out for a full inspection. Much to my surprise, he pointed out that I really didn't need the entire screening repaired and essentially cut my estimate in half. I highly recommend Bruce and his son ! Yes, they were slightly more expensive than the other quotes I received, but I feel it was 100% worth it. They were ALSO the only ones to mention about 60 tapcons that were missing and needed replacing as well as replacing the hardware on the door. They came out and wrote up the quote and drew out a diagram. Bruce told me which days they would show up and how many days it would take. They were prompt and always cleaned up the job site.
