I went back to her office and she printed me a new once with my name's correction, and she told me that she fixed it also on the file but she lied cause I found it in the IRS website that my name was still incorrect. She was especially helpful to keep all of the players (loan broker, insurance, title company, etc.) on track for a smooth close and on schedule with our close-of-escrow date. Then, after we moved in to our new Alpine home, Candace has continued to help us with selecting local vendors for house upgrades and even providing advice on the best places in town to eat! Real Estate is a service industry. Agents should be measured by the degree and the quality of the service they provide. At every stage of the game, Candace made us feel that we were the most important, no the ONLY, people in the world.
