Erick was amazing super helpful. We drove three hours. He took videos for us and worked with us to get where we need.

My Mother purchased a car there, and they have had to take it in twice to have simple repair "they"…read moresay. Which the second one was the air conditioner which was an easy fix. The guy at the lot said he would stay there with the car it was a turn around fix. We'll almost a week later she has no car. She called 4/12/25 they said it was at the kia in conway. Called Kia in conway no one can find there car. They said it is no where to be found and everyone is to busy to try and find it. She is handicap with no car now. The receptionist at car mart was extremely rude she had me talk to a manager named Austin he was very very rude. I told him legal action would accuse if we didn't get the car in a timely matter. Austin was extremely rude and didn't care what I was trying to find out. Cart mart has lied to her several different times about fixing her car. Car mart told her it was mandatory to pay 1,500.00 to them every year at tax season towards the purchase of the car. They bugged her about and come to find out she didn't sign anything saying that. This isn't the first person I have talked to that have had problems with them. My Mom can not afford a new car or even to rent on like I said she is handicap.

I made an appointment and ordered parts for my car. I arrived at my appointment and the service…read morewriter took my name and we discussed services I wanted done. Service manager came and took my keys and took my car without a floor protector or a seat protector. This surprised me as this was the first time this part of the service was skipped. I observed my car being moved by who I believed to be the acting service manager. As I waited for my vehicle to be serviced I noticed the service tech had been on the floor, again no covers on my seats at all. He entered and reentered my vehicle without any protection on his dirty shoes or his clothing. I also noticed that there were items related to an oil change close to my car and I said to person working on my car that I did not need or want oil change and that I had that service performed recently. I said we need to check the service order and I walked into the service desk. I asked the gentleman at the desk if he could please verify the service that was being performed on my car. I just wanted to verify and get some clarification. Before I knew it there were five people standing at the desk. The person that I believed to be the service manager asked if I had ever been into the Dealership before that I responded yes and laughed. I have bought nearly $1 million worth of inventory from Chevrolet. He scoffed at me and the person who was working on my car then also arrived and told me not to "come after him." Really? Again repeated that I just wanted to see if I could speak to someone to get some clarification as to the work order. Again, the supposed service manager walked off. I called a friend and asked them to show up at the dealership and they did. I needed to have a witness. I feel like I was mistreated at the dealership. The service that I had asked for was a simple one. I was told 300 by the time I left it was $525. I feel like they were rude. They were inconsistent and dirtied my car. They were disrespectful to me and then at the end when I went to pay my bill it was actually in a mans name. I'm not a man. I refuse to sign the receipt because it was not in my name. The service manager came back over to the service department and check out area and got upset that I wanted the receipt in my name and got into an argument with me about how my car had not been into their service department before and it actually has been. He was argumentative and rude and treated me like I was his ex-girlfriend. The level of disrespected this dealership is catastrophic to a woman. I simply wanted to have an accessory put onto my car and a service check to make sure it was good for a road trip. What I got instead, was attitude. It's not too much to ask for people to treat your equipment with respect. It's not too much to ask for a document to be presented to me that I'm expected to sign to at least have my name on it. I have purchased vehicles from this dealership before they were Rude and falsified information at that point and actually put a SiriusXM account on one of the vehicle vehicles that I didn't even test drive. Watch yourself people I can't recommend this dealership. I can't recommend the service department either. I have pictures. I have receipts. I have a re-printed receipt. The fact of the matter is this Dealership treats women terribly I'm tired of it and the last time I didn't say anything this time I am. You would think for $500. They could at least get your name right walking away like a petulant child one of the most disrespectful unprofessional behaviors I've seen recently but this is a Russellville dealership - you can't expect much. ***** They also damaged my car taking it to my auto body service center. This place is terrible. Don't take any of your business there.*********

A week ago I took my Sonic to Phil Wright Chevrolet because it had trouble starting. After a phone…read morecall from the service department I agreed to have the tires replaced with four Firestone all-season tires. I was told the starting issue was electrical. During the time the car was at the dealership it was supposed to have a full-service inspection. We spent almost $900 on the "services". Leaving the dealership on June 12 I stopped at the Pilot gas station 0.5 miles from the dealership. After filling the tank the engine would not start, the same problem I described to the technician Dewayne. When it did start after waiting about thirty minutes, I was only able to keep it running by revving the engine. The car had trouble accelerating beyond 20mph. This is the second time in as two years that I have had issues like this with Phil Wright Chevrolet Service Department. We were able to take the car to Superior Chevrolet in Conway, AR, on June 14, where the service department successfully identified the engine problem: a part of the gas intake, where gas fumes were being trapped and kept the car from starting. After their repair the engine was fixed. Yesterday my tire pressure light came on. I checked the tires, having not driven the car very much since the service in Conway. I found the rear passenger tire was low on pressure, and after airing it up and waiting a few hours, I noticed the pressure had gone down again. Because the dealerships were closed I took it to Walmart, where the technician informed me that the new tire had a hole in it and that it did not appear to have been made by a nail or sharp object. I purchased tires from Phil Wright Chevrolet that were obviously defective, and I cannot see how the technicians at Phil Wright Chevrolet did not notice the problem with the engine that led to the issue with starting the car while performing a full-service inspection. Today they refused to replace the defective tire. A zero rating would be better!
