    Where the magic happens

A husband and wife team runs the show. In the front you'll find a boutique filled with blown glass creations at prices ranging from the affordable (under $100) to the fabulous ($3k+). Much of their inventory is sourced from their on-site studio. Gain access to the studio and you can bask in an orange glow emanating from their 3k degree furnace, which holds molten glass waiting to be spun and blown into wild creations. I was fortunate enough to take a fantastic 3 hour class introductory class here. They put me to work spinning paperweights, blowing Christmas ornaments, and having myself a grand old time. If you're a fan of artisanal glass check out their shop and if you've got the urge to spin, cut, and twist the stuff sign up for one of their classes!

Wow! This place is amazing! You can sit and watch them making glass items right in the work area. It's very warm while you're sitting there but it is fascinating to sit and watch these highly skilled people create such a beautiful art. We must've sat there for at least 45 minutes watching them create a glass vase. The owners of the studios are pretty friendly and welcoming they seem to enjoy having people watch, although some of them are just doing their work and don't even pay any attention that you're there, which is fine. They are focused and there's a lot of things to be aware of while they are working. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit the prices are pretty high but the items are beautiful.

What a cool, unique little gem. Apparently they've been here for a long time. The pieces on display are mesmerizing!! You really have to check out all the little details to really appreciate the piece. They're still blowing glass at this location for a little longer so give them a call for available times. I highly recommend checking about a demo so you can see all that goes into a piece. A lot of the pieces are tempting to touch but in most cases you'll want to refrain from doing so. If you're interested in taking classes, the owners co-founded the Sonoran Glass School. I definitely plan on checking that out!

If you are looking for a special hand crafted work of art by local artists, they have incredibly beautiful pieces at a variety of price ranges for all! There are also pieces available from out of town artists and collaborative works! It is a showroom of enchanting wonders!

If you have any interest in art glass this is a fantastic place to visit while in Tucson! The gallery had a really nice selection ranging from large scale sculpture to jewelry and represented over 30 different artists with techniques including blown glass, fused glass, and flame-worked glass. This added so much great variety and interest to the gallery. There is a viewing window from the gallery into hot shop, and you can see how the glass is made from a distance or go inside for a closer look. The young woman working the front desk was very friendly and informative about the art and different techniques. We watched the guys in the studio were making a large cane encalmo vase and took time afterward to visit with us and answer a few questions when they finished. Great place! If you are interested in something more hands-on ask them about their glass school too!

I also love that they host pop up markets in the space and invite in other makers. Unfortunately, it felt no different than a standard splatter paint session. Prior to booking, Rebekah assured me that if I purchased the date night package for $109, we would get an Anniversary sign and special touches. When we arrived, there wasn't a sign or even a verbal acknowledgment, and several elements of the package were either missing or not executed as expected. After reaching out, the business acknowledged that aspects of the anniversary experience were not carried out as intended. I also provided a screenshot from the website referencing champagne, despite later being told that champagne has never been offered at this location. The most disappointing part was the resolution. Despite acknowledging the shortcomings, the only compensation offered was a 20% discount on a future visit, which requires spending more money with the business. We paid extra and chose pinspiration to celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary based off of the conversation I had with Rebekah prior to booking and the website description of services included in the package. If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. The lack of customer service and effort to remedy their mistakes and misleading us to purchase a more expensive package makes this experience even worse. I do not recommend Pinspiration.

She really needed a private class that could work with her schedule. I was so frustrated that I did not come back for the last two classes. I went to pick up my projects and could not find one of them. No explanation just gone. When teaching a class I have found it works best when everyone is working on the SAME project, and the instructor has examples in stages to show and tell them while doing a walk around checking in with students while the class is working on the SAME project/item. This was not the case everyone was all over the place and there really was no organization to the class plus we did not follow what was stated in the class notes. I feel it was poorly organized, lack of instruction and follow-through. Rebecca was our instructor, she is a kind and thoughtful person who is very knowledgeable, and I think if she changed a few things she could make the classes fantastic. This was a beginner's class, so I sincerely feel they need to be more structured and supervised (walkaround). I would like to note that my mother, husband and I all took the class, and this sentiment was felt by all. To be truthful, due to my experience with this first class I will not be taking another class, sorry but that is how I feel. I took this class to gain some rudimentary techniques, relax, and spend some time with family but instead left with two classes to go due to anxiety and learning NOT MUCH to NOTHING! I am not someone who gives up easily but I felt the frustration and anxiety simply was NOT worth the gain or lack there of.

I hired Craig and his team to cater my wedding, which took place at a remote venue about 2 hours outside of Tucson. The event was a challenge because not only was it remote, but I was also planning the event from the other side of the country. That meant I didn't have the benefit of meeting with caterers in person, trying food in advance, and undertaking all the traditional steps of finding vendors for a wedding. I knew I had found the right person to handle the event from the very first call. He was cordial, asked the right questions, clearly communicated his requirements, and was honest. He didn't disappear or go radio silent after I signed the contract and he was communicative all the way through the planning process and leading up to the event. About two months before the event, he graciously drove the two hours out to the venue to conduct a property walk-through with me when I was in town for the holidays. He refused additional reimbursement for his time or gas money to get out to the venue. In the last month leading up to the event, I communicated to Craig that a few of my guests had some allergies, and one was vegan. This was a quaint wedding of only about 20 people, so that meant coming up with some original alternatives for those few individuals. Furthermore, I hired him to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner the day of the wedding, which exasperated those challenges. On the day of the event, he had a custom vegan-friendly dish prepared for all three meals and took extraordinary precautions to prevent allergen cross-contamination. Every single meal was punctual, artfully presented, and delicious. This is not your standard wedding food or copy-and-paste banquet meal. Craig is extraordinarily talented and was continuously present throughout each meal to greet guests and present his dishes. Every guest was impressed and raving about the food. In addition to the tremendous food, Craig also helped to arrange servers for the event and even helped bring additional tables for the event. Craig is just a genuinely good person and you cannot do better than hiring him for your next event.

No employee approached me to offer assistance. When I found the fabric section, there were no staff members around except for an elderly woman who was quite rude. She didn't smile, say good morning, or make small talk. When she finished cutting the fabric, she tossed it onto the table rather than handing it to me. She did the same with my receipt, simply tossing it toward the center of the table. These small interactions added up, making me feel unwelcome. I'm left wondering why I shouldn't just buy fabric at Walmart if the customer service and expertise are going to be the same. To make matters worse, the other customers seemed unfriendly as well. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience.
