Thank you so much Jr and olti, your work is awesome…read more Seriously I am saying..... You know even Microsoft employees were struggling to resolve this issue but you did an awesome work to unlock my machine Please note guys.... System lock is usual issue but you know in my case it is very different issue and they are the perfect guys who resolved without data loss, which specifically I requested them to take care of my data.... Yes even in price offering they are very cheap comparing to others... You won't believe in the same blog I posted my issue for that many quoted till $250. Here they charged only $35 from my end which is around 70% less comparing to others and at the same time work is so genuine to satisfy common expectation.. I will surely give full star to you "star guys" Thank you :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Nice guys who are plenty smart, but they do not have an adequate repair bench for complex computer…read moreproblems, and they don't do a great job of listening to customers. Additionally, they are not diligent enough in diagnosis. The result in my case was that I paid them $50 diagnostic fee without actually receiving a diagnostic and with them asking me to buy RAM so they could test out my computer with new RAM (because they didn't have sufficient parts on hand). I would go to this shop to buy a PC or for basic support. I would not go to this shop for support on truly complex PC problems. I brought in a home-built PC with stability issues. I didn't have the time or interchangable parts to diagnose the PC myself, but needed it diagnosed and fixed as I used it for statistical analysis work. I ran the guy who checked me in through the steps I had taken (chkdisk and related), but he did not take adequate notes at check in. As a result, they held on to my computer for two weeks running the same checks. As I found this out, I informed the other guy who ran diagnosis on the computer I had completed all these checks. At this point, he insisted I needed to buy RAM so the computer shop could evaluate the issue with new RAM. This is a very strange request. Any shop worth it's own salt should have the interchangable parts and testing bench necessary to diagnose things without requiring the customer buy parts for the shop to do so. As he had been telling me inaccuracies about my hardware such as (1) MB can't handle the RAM I have in it because it is wrong speed (MB can handle it, it just has to be set to OC in bios) and (2) that my RAM was only 16 gb (wrong, it is clearly 4 sticks of 8 gb per stick), I decided to take the computer to a big box tech store nearby (who also failed to diagnose correctly). Upon pickup, the guys at the shop told me they believed I had a failed graphics card and RAM issue. I ended up doing the diagnosis myself a month later when my time freed up and figured out that I had (1) a corrupt windows install, and (2) a corrupted bios that was causing very strange MB behavior. I replaced no parts, just did a clean bios flash and a clean install of Windows. I am writing this review on the exact same PC, same parts, completely stable. However, I am sore that I paid $50 bucks and lost my home desktop for several weeks for nothing, and that I then solved the issue in about 2 days of my own work.

Wang PC fixed my computer in two days for way cheaper than any other repair center would have given me. Martin is also incredibly nice, and there is a "every customer is important" vibe that other repair centers don't give. Martin also went above and beyond replacing the fans and also cleaned the inside of my keyboard (in two days) for no added charge. Needless to say they have earned a lifelong customer.

I had never used a computer repair service and was very reluctant to give my laptop away for repair. I was almost certain that this would not get solved and was worried about my data being lost. I was definitely proven wrong! I read the great reviews about WangPC and dropped my laptop off. Martin gave me an update with the problem and gave me a reasonable quote for the repair. I received my laptop back in a timely manner and everything was working great! Martin went above and beyond to repair other longstanding issues in the laptop that I didn't even ask for (and he did not charge me for this). These weren't easily perceptible issues, but Martin was able to spot them /fix them immediately. Martin is truly and expert/professional. I am very impressed with this service and would recommend to anyone. Really saved me a lot of time and headache. 5/5 stars.

Wang PC is simply the best. I know that this will sound like…read morean ad. It is not. But Martin is simply incredible. One of my PCs dies every year or two and Martin always saves me. I run a large, very complex digital, pro tools based music studio. We're talking multiple SSDs, HDs, outboard equipment, interfaces, controllers . About 20TBs or more of critical data, both internal and external. This time my c :drive completely died. No system restore or other options possible. He somehow was able to basically clone a large dead SSD to the point that I was able to be back up and running in just a day or two. The man can do anything with a computer. Anything. If I didn't have him throughout these years, I don't know what I would've done. Call Martin and Erickson, his assistant. You won't regret it.

They are also very accessible, right off the Boston Marathon route down from BC, heading into Newtown. Sadly, WangPc was not able to solve my problem --no fault of their own---but because I couldn't remember the computer password to access the hard drive, yet my company wasn't gonna pay for the repair since I already had an alternative. I just wanted to get my data off. In the end, I chose not to ride back and forth another 17 miles, 3x --go home, find pwd in my agenda, wait for repair, ride back to pick it. Otherwise, I appreciate WangPC great customer service and availability!!
