She had a bad tooth, cheek swelled up one morning, we figured it was an infection and made a same day appointment with Tru Dental. Dr. Sung for our first time meeting, came in to see my daughter. She took 1 quick look at the tooth and swelling and told my mom and I she wouldn't send in for oral antibiotics that my daughter was in need of antibiotics through an IV. She was aggressive and shouted at both my mother and I. My husband takes my daughter to the ER that day. The ER told my husband that Dr. Sung pretty much pushed the problem elsewhere and that my daughter was nowhere close to needing an IV. The ER prescribed my daughter oral antibiotics. My daughter had her tooth pulled today by another pediatric dentist who was amazing in Hopewell Junction but Dr. Sung wrote the wrong tooth down in her referral letter. I will never send any of my kids there again and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. On the bright side, being that my experience was as disturbing as it was with Tru Dental, we found a place for our 3 kids that was warm and gentle.

I've been coming here forever, insurance permitting, the care and attention are top notch. The only change has been the addition of a beverage bar. It's a really wonderful idea. Dr Ben is a very good man. I feel great about him treating my babies teeth. I've been seeing him on and off for a very long time, starting with my eldest who is almost 20. This dental practice is an excellent fit for what my large family needs. Thank you guys for doing such an amazing job!!

She was initially with a non-pediatiatric dentist, but we really wanted to switch because the dentist we had brought her initially to said it'd be better to get her to a pediatric dentist. The person on the phone told us they "weren't taking referrals." Even after explaining that we wanted to switch to them because her current dentist was not a pediatric dentist, they said the best they could do is clean her teeth in 6 months. Now.. What is a parent to do? Our daughter needs work done on her teeth but the pediatric dentist office refuses to work on her teeth for 6 months and the original dentist says our daughter is more suited for the pediatric dentist. I don't understand customer service these days.

So I called back to get some clarification. When I called back, the second help said she would speak to the Dentist and call me back. When she called back she said they could reorder but it would cost me $1000 which is crazy money. Seems like they have a scam going on. Ughhh!!! Shame on them.
