His receptionists are very friendly and all of the nurses I've interacted with have treated me like a human being and not just another social security number on a chart. I have referred many of my friends to Dr. Brzozowski and they have been just as impressed as I am. If you're looking for a caring and courteous doctor, he's definitely your guy.

Doctor Bailin is probably the best lady doctor I've ever known (out of like, six). He's thorough, completely approachable and quick with the uncomfortable parts. He took a long time to talk to me in order to get a complete history and I never felt rushed. The nurses and receptionists are friendly, the waiting room is relaxing and mellow complete with fish tank and People magazine circa November 2011. I left feeling 100% confident in his opinions and approach. He completely made up for the bad experience I'd had only one week prior and combined with Cleveland Clinic's wonderful financial aid plan and I'm happy to say that I'm in pretty good hands. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a more professional, competent business that does not rip you off for their own benefit. and no need to discuss your concerns to the office manager, she just repeats herself like you didn't hear her the 1st time. since they are a privately owned business with no corporate compliance to adhere to, they are very comfortable doing what they want. the office manager proceeded to walk away from me while I was still questioning her about my up-charges and locked the door and turned off the lights behind the desk yet sat back there advising they are on lunch from 1-2 pm... How rude and very unprofessional. I will be looking into reporting this company for their coding tactics. Every case is not the same and should be treated accordingly.

Erika listened to my problem from a previous eye doctor. I then spoke to someone who books appointments and made me aware that I have to pay $75 because I was charged an actual appointment even though the last place was unsuccessful of getting a prescription for my daughter. Anyway, the doctor looks at the paperwork and says "Not sure why we're doing this appointment." Right in front of me, I kept my cool as I wanted a new prescription for her. We were back in the exam room, and I'm trying to explain to the doctor (as I was trying to address his rude comment) why I scheduled this appointment. While I was talking my daughter was answering the questions he quickly cut me off so he could hear her answers. Needless to say he's very rude, the greetings are off-putting and not much communication only between the staff. Erika then proceeded to do measurements for my daughter's new glasses. I called the next day to see if I could order another pair of glasses for her and was told I was not able to with my insurance. Which in the past I was able to buy 1 get 2 free but that might have been that location. I will not go back!
