I still can't believe I went from not being able to walk or straighten out my left knee to being back to walking and running at Uni. The staff care has been most amazing. The space is clean, great music is being played during sessions, expert knowledge on physical therapy and great support system. I really enjoyed working with them and highly recommend for future patients that need physical therapy in the area. Thanks to them I was able to make to an important event in college out of state that I couldn't afford to miss even if I had an injury. Thanks to them and my time limit, I was able to get back to my second home in time to make it to my important responsibilities I had to uphold.

I checked out the reviews, services offered and confirmed that they took my insurance. I called and was able to make a morning appointment for the next day. The staff was friendly. The appointment took a while but I'm thinking because I'm considered a new patient. The office demanded approximately $4,500 out of pocket, beyond my copay, for orthodontic treatment. Because the amount did not appear consistent with my insurance coverage, I filed a formal complaint with my insurance company's Complaints and Appeals Department. After reviewing the matter, the insurance company provided written documentation stating that my responsibility should be approximately $1,040--not the $4,500 being demanded by this office. I personally delivered that paperwork to the office, yet they have failed to respond or move forward with treatment. Treatment is not being provided, and the office appears unwilling to address a documented concern. I have filed complaint against this office to Dental Board of California. A professional healthcare provider should communicate clearly, provide an itemized explanation of charges, work with the insurance company, and avoid leaving a patient without treatment while ignoring written documentation. All in similar situation please complaint against them so these offices shut down quickly and we get someone who are ethical. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, delays, and a complete loss of trust.
