I am a serious amateur…read morephotographer and for the past 12 years I have had an industrial size Epson printer in my second floor condominium in Fountain Hills. The printer itself (excluding the stand) is about 3 feet tall and roughly 7 feet wide so it is ungainly at best. It' weighs 218 pounds according to Epson. I needed it moved out of the condominium and down a flight of stairs into a U-Haul truck. This was a very challenging job, and the two men in the crew took it in three stages. Going down the stairs was obviously the most challenging, and I could see in their faces signs of visible strain and perhaps even pain. Sometimes the strain seemed 7 to 8 on a scale of 10. When they got to the bottom of the steps they took a well-deserved break before going across the parking lot to the U-Haul truck. I have to say that this is one of the finest examples of going above and beyond and doing a very difficult job to utter perfection. Their professionalism showed through, and I feel compelled to let everybody know that. I did tip them generously and you should too! The owner Tania has an awesome company and a knack for selecting incredible employees. I used them before to move an ungainly and heavy potted cactus from one condominium to another many years ago and I remember they did a fantastic job and then as well. Five stars is an understatement. Five hundred stars would be more like it.

Short Summary - excellent service, quality install, parts…read more Originally, I was going to use Prestige Mister, out of Mesa (they manufacture high quality mister pumps and get great reviews.) They refer installs and recommend Senor Mist. Rex (former owner, now employee who sold to his son) came out, took a look at what we wanted, made recommendations, and wrote an est. They use Prestige pumps, but also one or two other companies, depending on the required pump capacity -- much more involved than my DIY mind thought! Anyway, they did go with Prestige. I'd told him I hoped to go with a local manufacturer for quality and ideally wanted American made. We just had pavers laid and the pergola installed and I blew it by not planning misters in advance of construction. So, we'd either had to remove some pavers and lay the water line to one of the pergola posts (I didn't want to do that) or we could have laid the line on top of the pavers with a protective cover you could step over, but that would have been a little tacky. The Pergola is about 7 feet away from brick wall and I'd wanted misters on that, too. Rex did not push at all getting them on the Pergola as well and felt that on the wall would be sufficient. He could have pushed that, and I probably would have agreed, so appreciate him not trying to squeeze out extra work. Worse case is, I have it done in the future. 50% down payment required and had to tap water from inside of the house (we have soft water inside, but not out.) Had a recommended plumber take care of that. Made the down payment, and two weeks later, misters installed. Second day - still playing with them, but so far, so good. When windy, the mist blows over the fence, so not as effective, but in the evening very nice and in our covered patio definitely cools. Professional installation with quality parts is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend (and use again, should the need arise.)

Here is my review for Randy and Jason. They called me back promptly and was able to fit me into their schedule the next day. They arrived at the time they said they would (which is a big deal for me with kids and errands/activities). They did a quick walk through and made sure to have me move any breakables that might get in the way and quickly began to set up and do a pre-conditioning treatment to ensure all my stains could come out. It was very refreshing to have them so concerned with the stuff in my house and for them to tell me what they're putting on my carpet! They did all of my carpets and tile and as I watched I could see the dirt and color coming out! I have 2 young kids and my husband works in a kitchen and constantly walks around in greasy shoes but Father and Son was able to get out: -crayon -marker -permanent marker, oops, not sure how my kids got that :/ -urine stains/smells -juice -grease stains, even in the high traffic areas that were just black -and cat or dog hair from the previous tenants Honestly, I think my favorite part was how clean the outside bowl and area around my toilets are, especially because my son is being potty trained! Plus, they were able to remove all the calcium build up on the outside of my walk in shower! (not going to lie, I've sat there with a butter knife to attempt to remove all of this but I was worried about ruining the caulking and decided to stop) We currently rent and have lived in the same house for a year and a half, and I've never seen the shade of carpet and tile we really have! We were also rearranging our house and had 2 mattresses in our garage until the carpets dried and Jason and Randy even offered to clean those too (yes please)!!! They moved my furniture to clean under it and moved everything back with tinfoil under it to protect my carpets and furniture (and I just thought they would clean around it). The hardest part of this process was keeping my kids off the tile while the sealer they applied dried, but it was worth it! My tile is not only clean, but it's shiny!! I was very impressed with the respect they showed my things as they moved it, like it was their own. My carpets, beds, tile, baseboards, toilets, and shower look and smell amazing! I love knowing that my kids can play in a home that is safe and clean for them and that no matter the mess they make, Father and Son will be able to clean it again! These guys are very hardworking, dependable, knowledgeable, positive, and have very competitive pricing for the work they do! I will definitely have them come back and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!

I had a severely clogged shower drain in a high-end rental condo and the technician explained all my options from a do it yourself initial cleaning followed by regular use of drain cleaner and a more expensive option which would absolutely guarantee the pipes would be completely and absolutely cleared. I went with the second option and bought the products necessary to apply every three months or so to keep the drains from clogging up again. The technician did not charge me for that initial call since I opted to go with the more expensive treatment the next day. I had no qualms about the price, because they did an amazing job. I'll just close by saying that I dealt with three people at the company during the course of this service call. Everyone was an absolute delight to work with.
