I am still going to this nail salon and love when I get Annie. She is very professional and does a great job. They always try their best to fit me in if I show without an appointment. It has become very busy and I don't feel the same amount of care though. I am glad the business has grown into such a success but with that comes less attention to detail and lots of mother's with little girls for manicures. Adorable but not as peaceful. Was nervous going here due to past reviews but they did a great job. I even made the mistake of accidentally hitting my wet nails and they fixed them a couple of times (my 3 year old daughter was with me). I got the dipping powder and was able to get it done on a walk in basis. They were very good with my daughter. read more

I was excited when this place opened up because there aren't a lot of nail salons conveniently located in this area. I went in right after they opened and was so impressed with how new and clean it was. Staff was very friendly and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately on my 3rd visit, they turned me over to a less experienced tech. She was having a hard time seeing without reading glasses and probably should have let someone else do my nails. She made such a mess that I left before she finished. Hopefully they've corrected this problem. Experience was average. $10 for regular manicure. No cuticle oil. Utensils not in sealed bag. Guy took his time painting nails but when cutting away cuticle debris he put it in the bowl of water my hand was in. Plus no soap in the water. read more

Horrible experience! Wish I could give 0 stars. I was getting an oil change at Mavis so figured I'd kill some time and get a manicure. Sat down the girl put a mask on just to do a regular manicure.. thought it was strange but wasn't a big deal. She rushed through the filing and barely even buffered them. Slapped some lotion on. No massage. Painted them so fast that I had to ask her to get some spots that she missed. She rolled her eyes and fixed it. 2 days later... 3 nails are already chipping. Worst manicure ever. Used to go every two weeks - good nail place. Yesterday, they'd mopped and didn't dry the floor at all. I had on the styrofoam flip flops they give you and slipped. Boss looked down at me, then walked away. After realizing I was bleeding, they made me pay full price for the pedicure, and the manicure I never finished - I left with no polish on my hands. Extremely terrible experience. Definitely will never return. Went in around 5pm on a Friday night to a lady who clearly isn't good at her job, and a man who it seems like he had never painted nails before. The one lady was doing my friends and I nails at the same time, going back and forth. As she starts to do our nails, we remind her what we needed, and she made it seem like we were asking for too much. As time we ticking, they were rushing because they were about to close...In the end, I came out with acrylics that look like a 2 year old did them... read more

I had a really relaxing Sunday at philliptown nail salon. The owner and her employees were very friendly and did a fabulous job for my manicure and pedicure. The new uv gel nail is amazing that i dont have to worry to chip my nail and it last for so long. also, really like the leg & feet spa &massage. I am highly recommended for everyone. read more
