Having been disappointed with our previous year's choice for a tax preparer, we were very pleased…read moreto meet Robin and be presented with strength of character, confidence and a no-nonsense attitude. There were a couple of hurdles to overcome: 1) We are not fans of e-filing; Robin will bowl you over with reasons why you should. 2) She wants your paperwork in by the first week in March -- preferably February! Some of our documentation isn't in our hands by that time, so we had to have her file for a Late Filing Extension -- something we'd never done before. Through it all, Robin was patient in her explanations and believable in her assurances. We were pleased with her work effort and that of her courteous staff. We'll be back next year -- in February!
