The day after our one-year warranty expired, the gate stopped working completely and Delta would not answer the phone or return calls from members or our community. We had to contact a different company, who showed us that the installation was actually defective as Delta installed a bar that was too short, and as a result could not keep a vital component in place properly. Now we have to pay for a costly repair and our lot is wide open for creeps and bums to skulk around late at night. From ordering the steps, the installation was more quick than I had expected and much faster than other iron fabricators offered. In addition, the cost was very fair and the installation was exact. Talked to what I think was the owner and he said that everything is as is and if you want it you'll have to figure out how to install it. No installation or fabrication is done here. So some of the ones we saw you'd need to have some wood working ability to patch it up but they were really cool. It's not huge in here but there is a lot to look at.
