They have a sign on the door that reads "go to 1601 Arch street location" there is no IdentoGO at that address. I went there and the place doesn't exist. Then I went to 5th street, it was over crowded the fingerprint specialist only has one computer and told me the wait is 2-3hrs. I left there and went to the Upper Darby location and eventually got the service done. I just could not believe the lack of efficiency. There's no direct contact for someone to let you know what to do or where to go. It was just not a good experience. Being given the wrong information and having to run all around town!

She didn't speak other than to order me not to press down. I asked for an antibacterial wipe when it was over and this seemed to trigger her. She very harshly told me to go use the bathroom in the mall, then refused to take my picture because she didn't like my expression (probably not the best after the abusive treatment), and finally refused to process my fingerprints at all, because she said I "took the Lord's name in vain". This person should not be working in a position that requires customer service. Absolutely crazy. I recommend you avoid Identigo.
