Mine was called a Dutchman, which had ham and cheese and a creamy sauce made of brown sugar and mustard. My wife ordered an Italian sausage pretzel sandwich that she devoured. We of course had to try a plain soft pretzel too. The market sold a lot of touristy Amish stuff like maple syrup, soft pretzel mix, bacon dressing, and empty pretzel casings for hot dogs (pretzel dogs). Probably the only reason we didn't give 5 stars is because of its rustic bathroom. It's a single porta-potty that sits outside the store. Better than inside the store I suppose, but eww! No sink to wash your hands, just hand sanitizer. So be forewarned; take care of your private business somewhere else before dropping by.

To be exact, we ordered 25 for a mere $8, or almost 33 cents a pretzel. Talk about dirt cheap - not bad if you're trying to feed a Boy Scout troop, eh? Luckily, the Factory doesn't mess with a good thing - their take on the classic elongated Philly pretzel, with bits of salt, is virtually identical to the unsanitary ones you can get on the Boulevard. For flavor (and to fight against bacterial infection), I always slather on a package of spicy mustard. Go celebrate National Pretzel Day (that's April 26, for those who don't know) and get some!
