This Philly Pretzel Factory location makes custom and specialty pretzels. You have to order ahead for any custom pretzels though and they're not available to order online. For Thanksgiving, they had a side turkey pretzel and a turkey pretzel that was hollowed out to make a bowl. I brought both to a Friendsgiving and they were huge hits. First impressions on my order for their Pretzel Hot Dog and Pretzel Hot Sausage creations. The pretzel wrap was very good; crisp, fresh well finished with nice saltiness. However, the meat was disappointing, with both far inferior to any standard commercial meat sausage found at the ballpark, or even Five Guys or Italian deli. They make the most awesome Turkey bowls for the holiday. You cut off the top, fill it with something yummy, use the pretzel nuggets to dip the dip, or if you want, a drumstick makes a great dipping piece. Put it on a platter, surround it with pretzel nuggets, put your dip in, and you have an instant appetizer before dinner and, a convenient snack for later in the evening. I'm using both a cheese and vegetable dip, separating them with a piece of the top of the turkey. There will also be chopped up veggies to dip as well. PPF is very accommodating over the phone when ordering. Very pleasant employees dealing with the phone orders. Order yours next year early, as they are sold out, maxed out, on how many they can make. Philly pretzel factory does the best job in the area with pretzels. This location comes up on you quick as you're driving and parking can be a mess at peak times. You're in and out in under 5 minutes so it's a good option for a snack or to stock up on pretzels. I checked in on Yelp which gave me a decent coupon, but the girl behind the counter wasn't sure what I was showing her or if it was valid. After asking around (without any answers) she did hesitantly take the coupon. My suggestion to the management would be to give the team a heads up on the coupon for future Yelpers as it was a bit awkward for both of us. read more

I love this store. Love it. The prices are just right, the pretzels are always fresh and the staff is nice. It's always crowded but you're never in there for more than ten minutes at a time. I recommend the minis and the honey mustard. So good! I've had their pretzel dogs too but I don't like their version. The dogs are too greasy and they don't hold up well with the pretzel. All I can say is I love that this chain of pretzel stores was started and continues to grow. I do wish they would open locations in DC and NOVA, so hopefully they will, as they do have locations in FL. The pretzels are fresh and hot, and the pretzel dogs are awesome. A great selection of dipping sauces, I recommend the cinnamon sugar, that is my favorite. The pretzels are cheap, and are a great idea for a party or a get-together, as they offer multiple different party trays. Whenever I vist my parents, I always stop in and get some pretzels to take home. As this is the location closest to my parents, I frequent this location often when home. I visit this store throughout the season, never have a problem, USUALLY good service. We go because, they are a small, local business. I went in this morning on a whim on the way to work, grant it it's Halloween morning 6:40 am, I asked for 3 dz pretzels, lady snapped at me that she had to fill her orders, I then asked for 3 dz minis, we sell them by the fives, ok , I will take 25, let's put a rude sigh, very nice guy from the back checks in, hey many did you just sell so we can keep going ...35, she is starting to ring me up, I asked if it's not to much trouble can I have 25 more, really angry she starts schooling me how to order ahead for a such a large order, I walked out. I understand it is a holiday per say, I am a chef at an extremely busy market, we prepare for holidays and walk in customers, we have extra gravy, homemade pies, stuffing, etc. The counter help could have been nicer when schooling me, she was put out, unprofessional and rude. We will stick with philly style just down the road , our happy fellow CIA guys. We were just driving by and stopped in. Close on the holidays if cant accommodate walk in business. read more

This was my 4th time here. I ordered a large party tray and while I was waiting my turn, I leaned over near the shelf to look at the tray I ordered.
