I went to the repair shop to get a new screen for my phone because the screen was damaged. I was quoted a price that was a little over $200 and it would take about a half hour to repair. I spoke to the Manager, Zack, and he immediately told me after inspecting the screen that I didn't need a new screen because I only shattered the glass on the protective cover. He replaced it in 5 minutes and charged me $15. What an honest guy. I highly recommend this shop for repairs. read more

I have an IPhone 15 and my screen has shorted out 2 times. The first times I went to the location in Havertown. Zach; the manager, fixed the screen in about 15 minute. it worked perfectly and it was around 180 dollars. Alittle bit later something happened to the screen again, so we went to the location Folsom( because it's closed in H-town on sat.) and Chuck was there, and fixed it in about 5 minute. It was under warranty because I had another problem within 6 months. I would highly recommend coming here if you have problem. I paid $99.00 for them to ruin my i pad Looked up how to replace an I Pad screen on you tube and decided to take it to Havertown Phone repair as the video warned that touching the LCD screen after removing the glass would leave oil from you finger and would be very difficult to remove. Supplied the replacement glass with no moving parts. My wife picked up the ipad and when she brought it home could not enter the pass code. Took it back and was told that there was no warranty on the repair and that for $40.00 they would see if they could fix it Took it home and after fooling around with it discovered that when you turn it from portrait to landscape the kek pad on the screen moved and the keys that would work changed. If you put it at an angle you can see the spot on the LCD screen where the repair person touched the screen with their finger. I called yesterday and spoke to the gentleman in charge. My microphone was not working on my cell phone. I could hear people on the other end, but they couldn't hear me. He explained to me the 2 things it could possibly be. He said that it would be a free evaluation, and I got there in 10 minutes. The problem was found to be a computer chip, not the microphone. The gentleman working at the counter went down below into his storage area and found a used replacement CPU fan for me. He told me he doesn't like to charge for small used parts so he was going to give me the fan and thermal paste for free. I gladly gave him a $10 bill anyway. THIS IS THE PLACE. The guy knows his stuff! He knows the business, the strengths and weaknesses of all the major device makers, and has a feel for them all. My iPad's Lightning plug was acting funny. It just needed cleaning, and I needed an education in delivering the proper charging voltage through USB (there are two! Who'd a thunk it?). I took my iphone to the store for a screen replacement. Unfortunately, the phone kept rebooting after the screen replacement. I took the phone back, and the phone could not be repaired. The person in charge offered to refund my purchase, and replace the new screen with a broken screen. I decided to leave the new screen in place, and buy a new phone. My iPhone was dropped into a pool and incurred significant water damage so I brought it into the store for a look. Not only was the owner very knowledgeable and friendly, he was honest by telling me the repairs would cost more than the phone's resale value. I'm sure he could have fixed it and charged me $100-150 but he refused the business and gave me other options. He even offered me reputable 3rd party sites to buy a new phone and get cheaper insurance than my carrier's plan. I wasn't charged anything because he didn't fix it.
