**PLEASE READ MY REVIEW IF YOUR TRYING TO IMPROVE YOUR CREDIT SCORE. I PROVIDED SOME INFORMATION ON HOW I WAS ABLE TO IMPROVE MY HUSBAND CREDIT.** Going to philly credit mechanic was a waste of my money. Me and my husband went to them to improve his credit score. I had them since July 3rd, 2019. It's been 3 months and there is no change to his credit score from what they did. I spent $324 these months and it was a waste of money. All they did is continuously disputed things on his credit report that wasn't even incorrect. When I called them in September to ask for the result, they states the late payments for one of his account is no longer there but when I access that account through other media like credit karma, it still showed up. During these three month I researched a lot on how to improve credit score and I also did some work on his credit. - I open him secure credit card with discover by depositing $200. The credit machine suggested me to open an account with https://www.creditbuildercard.com/ but their service is horrible. applied with them twice but never got the card. So if your looking for a secured card discover https://www.discover.com/credit-cards/secured/ is great. - next I open a self lender account, which is great for building credit.https://www.self.inc/. On you credit history it will come up as loan that your paying off every month but once you finish paying it, the money will come back to you and your credit score will improve. - I paid his credit card balance every month before the closing date, which is not the same as DUE DATE. The last day of the billing cycle is known as your account statement closing date. For more information https://www.thebalance.com/credit-card-account-statement-closing-date-959982 - made him an authorized user on my credit account, this did not only improve his credit but also increased his credit line in his credit history. - continuously monitored his account. - lastly I knew the collections on his credit was not going to be deleted for there was no wrong information. Therefore I called the collection company and negotiated with them that I will pay them off, they have to permanently remove it from my his credit history. So they agreed and I just paid it off this month and it should be deleted in the 15 to 45 days days. - His credit Vintage score went up from 490 to 668. His FICO score 8 score is now 625. ** PLEASE NOTE: there are two different credit scoring model. One is FICO and the other one is Vintage. 90% of people use fico, so make sure you monitor your score from both of this model. https://www.experian.com/ let you monitor your fico score for free or for a small charge but I don't remember paying it for my husband. Just paid $1 for viewing his credit score for Transunion and Equifax. Credit karma and Scoresense use the Vintage model. Credit karma is free but does have the Equifax score but you have to check your equifax account with 30-Day Trial for $4.95 or view it through experian with a small charge. ** **PLEASE NOTE: NONE OF THIS INFORMATION WAS ADVISED BY PHILLY CREDIT MACHINE. I WAS REALLY WORRIED SO I DID MY OWN RESEARCH. PHILLY CREDIT MACHINE ONLY DISPUTED THING THAT SHOWED NO RESULTS. WHEN MY HUSBAND CREDIT WENT DOWN IN AUGUST BECAUSE HE USED IT MORE THAN 30% OF HIS CREDIT LIMIT, THEY DIDN'T LET US NO WHY IT HAPPENED AND ADVISE ON THE GENERAL RULE OF USING YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY JUST STATED IN THE MESSAGE YOU CREDIT SCORE WHEN DOWN, PLEASE CHECK YOU SCORE SENSE ACCOUNT. AFTER DOING RESEARCH I REALIZED WHY IT HAPPEN. IN CONCLUSION IF YOUR TRYING TO IMPROVE YOUR CREDIT, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND INSTEAD OF SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY PUT IT INTO A SECURE CARD OR SELF LENDING ACCOUNT.** read more

First I want to say how rude they called me this morning asking for payment when I haven't spoke to anyone in a month wasn't notified that I wasn't going to speak to some one in the first 30 days. When I initially signed up I pay a $99 fee which was suppose to be monthly however I didn't start my game plan until the 2nd week and then when game plan came which I still don't know or understand what it is because someone called and only told me about the negatives on my account and that's it . Which I knew I had and could see my self !!!!! I haven't spoke or follow up with anyone the videos they tell you to watch don't work .... nothing work that they tell you there going to send !!! So it's just like I gave money do directions or instructions how a professional and smooth process go . I told the lady this am I'm not continuing my servives because I'm not confident nor satisfied in the service and when I say the lady was rude so rude !!!!!!! It's ridiculous but I'm glad to see some people got the help they needed and I'm just out of luck of $100 . my advise would be get comfortable with your clients , teach them & guide them where they are going to ensure you going to give them the best service cause I did not receive that one bit! read more

My experience with this company is not worth any stars. This guy advertises like crazy on instagram. So I decided to contact them to see if I could get my score just a little higher from some old debts when I was in college. They say to go through the link in the bio which is just a website. They give you the option to email as well... Since they couldn't make an appointment until 3 weeks later I decided to email and someone got back to me quickly asking for a phone number. I sent her my phone number right back but never received a call. A month later I messaged them on instagram explaining my experience and asked them if that was the type of service I can expect if I decided to use them. He said "I hate email, it's best to follow my instructions in the bio". Which I had done and explained that I was hoping to speak to an actual person and then I called him out that how could he expect to run a business and take care of his clients when he "hates email". He said "It's my business I'll do what I want". He then blocked me completely from instagram.. WOW! Defensive much?? I didn't want to leave a review which is why I decided to message him in the first place as I assume emails can get looked over.. If you want to deal with someone who is this defensive and "hates email", then best of luck to you! As a business owner I would never treat potential clients the way this guy just did. By the way it took him like a week to get back to me on instagram. I guess that's better than the month and 10 days I waited to hear back!! read more

I was hired by a third-party homebased company to work for a credit repair line of business based in Philly. I am located in Manila. Apart from us, they have another vendor which is also based here in the Philippines but situated in the province. Their business with us is just new. A couple of months I suppose. At first, I was happy and motivated. I was really excited to start my career as a Virtual Assistant since this was my very first. My career used to be inclined in an international business process outsorcing companies here in Manila. I experienced being a Customer Service associate, Learning Specialist and even landed as A case manager. Of course for different businesses and companies that I worked for over the last 7 years, until such time I decided to look for a home-based job due to safety concerns with pandemic. I had an experience being a customer service, retention, technical and sales. Like I got strong background of those line of businesses. I had a good start with Philly. I have signed a Job offer from my employer, had the training and took phone calls. My primary objective was to dial potential customers and have them sign up for the program. It was not new to me since I was able to handle some of the most difficult campaigns for US. I was under the impression that I will receive sales commission on top of what I will be earning as a marketer because thats what I was told by my employer. Even the lady who trained me which was from the other vendor of Philly, told me that the company is generous with incentives. She told me how much the incentive is per sale. I even heard it from the mouth of her assistant that for every sale there is a commission. I was like pumped. So I gave my 100 percent doing outbound calls to hit the numbers and earn big. After 2 weeks of doing outbound calls, I suddenly received a message from my company that Philly is discontinuing my employment with them. I mean if its performance based, I have a tracker that clearly shows my efficiency generating sales for them. As per my company, the Ceo of Philly told them im no team player. Howcome? I was even able to produce numbers. Then I remembered having this little misunderstanding with a colleague from a different vendor. I was just validating a process but It seemed that she feels she's superior to me just because she worked for philly longer than I did. The CEO's partner even talked to me privately and pointed out that lady knows more than I do. I kept my composure but Hell no! I may be new to the campaign but my skills are far from average and when I say far from average, I mean it with all the recognitions and awards I received from my previous companies delivering mire than what is expected of me. There's even questions I raised to her assistant that was not given answers, they left me swimming in the pool of unanswered questions but I managed to survive them all then all of a sudden I was removed from the campaign. Its pretty unfair they didnt even talked to me about why Ill be removed. Did not even thank me for my service. I may or may not be correct but I suppose the other vendor bad mouthed me. So I accepted the fact that I was no longer working for them but I was expecting to get my pay and my commission. I was paid in full for the says Ive worked for them but never the comission ive worked gard for. I asked my company about that and as per them, the CEO of Philly told there will be no comission at all. Like why? Are you serious?! They were even told that there were no agreement about the comission. After you utilized me? Wow! All of the sales account or businesses offers commissions and now you are gonna tell me there is none. After all the hard work ive put in, it came to waste. They benefitted from me, but never gotten my comission. I just need everyone to know how heartless they are. I know I will no longer get the commission but I am more richer now because of this experience. I wish them luck and hope they dont do the same with their customers.
