The bad: They cut an access hatch in a nice knee wall, and sloppily framed the crooked hole and closed it with a crude piece of plywood, using four deadbolts. Also, they accidentally sprayed spray-foam on our white garage door exterior, it turned yellow and unsightly. Their remedy was to repaint that one door panel, but it's a different white than the rest of the door, so it stands out. It took forever to get them to come fix the garage door, I re-did the access hatch myself. All in all, I'm not impressed with Cape Cod Insulation.
