    Shrimp Pho

Tried it out today & it was pretty good. The inside has about 4 booths and a few tables. They offer take out. The Customer Service was great. The soup was light and flavorful. The shrimp wasn't flavorable which was a bit disappointing.

A simple spot in a discreet plaza in Port St. Lucie. We were looking for a nearby option to the Turnpike and found this place. There was only one server and a few tables. The pho itself was good although they didn't serve basil with the usual condiments, which we found odd. Other than that, prices were good and delivery of food was fast. There doesn't seem to be too many options for Vietnamese in this area, so a good choice if you're looking for one.

Food was pretty solid. I didn't think it was exceptional or out of the ordinary. Inside was small and could use some decor

This is our absolutely favorite place for Pho and banh mi! The waiter (Asian male) is fabulous. He is such a hard worker and is always kind. He is a young graduate working hard! Back to the food! It's SO good! We get different Pho, tonight was fillet mignon pho, pork banh mi (AMAZING sandwich) and pork & shrimp spring rolls. Even our two year old loves the food (and mango smoothies here!) come check this place out!

Friendly service and varied menu - I tried the 6-in bahn mi ion my first visit. It was smaller than expected, but tasty. Ordered beef. Pho to go and it was fantastic. Ambience is so so. Dark blinds, walls and decor - could use a freshening up

Banh mi was warm, bread was soft but crusty. The pork was well seasoned. I'm used to a jalapeño being included on a banh mi and having that nice hit of spice. The rice paper spring rolls were not something I'd ever order again here. They had pork, shrimp, rice noodles, and lettuce. They tasted overwhelmingly like nothing and was mostly shredded lettuce than anything else. The peanut sauce was a nice reprieve from the flavorless roll. The fried rolls were tasty and were accompanied by a sauce that was slightly vinergary, slightly sweet, and had a hint of fish sauce. The real winner here was the banh mi. I'd come back for only it. It's a bit pricier than what I'm used to paying from prior cities I've lived in but it also was larger. The service was friendly. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we arrived so I'm uncertain how prompt things would be if they were busy. It seemed mostly like people were calling and then coming in for take out. There also was a very overpowering smell of cleaner inside which I'm glad they keep things clean but it's hard to fully enjoy the experience when your nostrils are filled with cleaner rather than the aroma of your food. Taking in consideration that the treasure coast isn't exactly a Mecca of Asian cuisine I'd rate this place a 4/5. I'd come back but order for take out.

Overall very good food, and the price isn't bad at all. The noodles are a great texture and the portions are decent.

The food here is amazing and the staff is kind hearted, the restaurant itself is very nice and is very calm. I would definitely recommend this place if you are craving Asian food as it is top tier

It wasn't quite the ambiance we were seeking for a Saturday night family dinner, but the food made up for it. We ordered edamame and gyoza appetizers, both of which were tasty, though the edamame could have used a bit more salt. For the main courses: The portions were large, so they are shareable, and the prices were reasonable. One daughter ordered pho w rice noodles and chicken. It was light, but nicely seasoned. The other daughter ordered the Tropical Dragon roll. It was large, fresh, unique and full of flavor. She loved it! Hubby and I ordered two dishes to share: Exotic Eggplant (added Pork), It was slightly spicy, but delicious. The only was that the eggplant skin was tough. Usually Asian eggplant skin (when cooked is soft and edible. This was tough and chewy, so we had to spit it out. Low Mein w Chicken-- also delicious and not greasy. Overall we really enjoyed it and would certainly go back, but most likely for takeout or for a more casual meal out.

I was only looking for a snack and got a small order of fries, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food I was provided for the price point. Judging by the food the other patrons got, everything looked to be just as good. I even got to try their new BBQ sauce which was very good and had a nice tangy flavor to it. The service I received was excellent and he took the time to answer all of my questions and to bring the food directly to me at the bar. If you're in the Fort Pierce/Port St. Lucie area and looking for somewhere to grab a bite I definitely suggest checking this food truck out! The schedule appears to be posted regularly on Facebook.

Take out Tried the pork banh mi and shrimp spring rolls. The…read morespring rolls were a bit disappointing. They had a whole shrimp with the tail still on wrapped in a spring roll wrapper, plus a few julienned carrots and deep fried. The shrimp was overcooked and lacked that umami Vietnamese flavor. I expected something more traditional like minced shrimp with garlic, diced onions, carrots, fish sauce, and maybe mung bean noodles for texture and to help with moisture, then deep-fried for that crisp bite and perfectly cooked filling. The crispiness of the wrapper was on point! The pork banh mi was better. The roll was soft with a nice crispy exterior, and the pork was well-seasoned with plenty of pickled carrots and cilantro. I liked the fresh jalapeños instead of pickled ones. However, it missed a creamy binder like mayo, garlic chilli paste, and the use of a sub roll instead of a traditional baguette threw off the bread-to-meat ratio -- too much bread for the filling. Overall, it was okay for the price, but it didn't quite hit the mark for a classic banh mi. Vietnamese cooking is near and dear to my heart. It's one of my favorite cuisines to eat and make. If you've never tried Vietnamese cooking and live local, I would suggest giving this place a try. One thing to note, credit card fees are added to the bill. This time i paid in cash.
