Take out Tried the pork banh mi and shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls were a bit disappointing. They had a whole shrimp with the tail still on wrapped in a spring roll wrapper, plus a few julienned carrots and deep fried. The shrimp was overcooked and lacked that umami Vietnamese flavor. I expected something more traditional like minced shrimp with garlic, diced onions, carrots, fish sauce, and maybe mung bean noodles for texture and to help with moisture, then deep-fried for that crisp bite and perfectly cooked filling. The crispiness of the wrapper was on point! The pork banh mi was better. The roll was soft with a nice crispy exterior, and the pork was well-seasoned with plenty of pickled carrots and cilantro. I liked the fresh jalapeños instead of pickled ones. However, it missed a creamy binder like mayo, garlic chilli paste, and the use of a sub roll instead of a traditional baguette threw off the bread-to-meat ratio -- too much bread for the filling. Overall, it was okay for the price, but it didn't quite hit the mark for a classic banh mi. Vietnamese cooking is near and dear to my heart. It's one of my favorite cuisines to eat and make. If you've never tried Vietnamese cooking and live local, I would suggest giving this place a try. One thing to note, credit card fees are added to the bill. This time i paid in cash. read more

Foods was decent. We had Bun Thit Nuong and Bun Bo Hue. The meat for the Bun Thit Nuong was dried but the egg was good. The Bun Bo Hue broth was just okay. The flavor wasn't as robust as it should be. There was no ham hock or pork blood. I appreciated that they had the banana blossom for the Bun Bo Hue. I wouldn't recommend it for these two dishes. My best friend and I went here for an early dinner and the food is absolutely amazing! We came here on a recommendation from the Oriental Market in Vero Beach. I ended up getting the Bun Bo Hue, which was absolutely delicious. The broth was spicy, warming, and full of flavor. The fresh veggies added a brightness to it that cut through the heaviness of the beef. I got to try banana flower for the first time. My friend ended up getting the Special Pho Dac Biet with added tripe. She let me taste the tripe and I discovered that I actually don't dislike tripe, I've just never had good tripe before. I very much enjoyed it here though. We both ordered a Viet Iced Coffee and it was perfect. Jada, our waitress/hostess was wonderfully friendly and very attentive, answering any questions I had. The restaurant itself was very clean and open, it definitely wasn't cramped. Lots of natural light coming in and you can see the water if you sit near the windows. Often I'm left wishing the pho was slightly better balanced but this bowl was perfect. Not too star anise forward, not too fatty, not too beefy, just pure balanced perfection. It was an incredible generous portion and the herb side was the perfect amount. I ate and ate and then asked for it to go and asked for an extra side of broth bc we all know the noodles keep sucking up the broth and I just didn't have quite enough. I offered to pay for it (as I should have for a special request for extra) and they gave it to me for free. I can't wait to come back and try all the other things on the menu! Large portion packed with lots of protein! The flavor was amazing. I paired the pho with pork egg rolls and a brown sugar milk tea (can) out of their fridge selection. While I finished my soup, one of the employees (who I assume to be manager and/or owner) came up to my table and explained they also make their own milk teas in house and recommended I'd try one next time. A few minutes later, she returned with three different teas and told me they were on the house! Not only was that super nice, but they were absolutely delicious! wow! super impressed with this new Vietnamese place by our house. Its really cute inside, our "to go" order was ready in 10 mins and the food tasted amazing! We tried the kids chicken fried rice and it was super yummy, i had the meatball pho and my sister had the chicken pad thai. Everything was delicious. I specially liked the meatball in the pho. in addition, they didn't cheap out on the "to go" plastic ware. they even gave us 2 plastic Pho spoons, which was perfect since we didn't have any home. This place was great when they first open but as time goes by, the food has not been as good as it should be. Portion is small, inadequate ingredients so there is no flavor to your dish. Huge fan of this place, we went for the first time yesterday evening and we were greeted with a wonderful welcoming staff. They seem a bit busier with takeout orders vs. dining in, but we wanted to dine in. The light is a litle bright inside, they do have some tables outside as well. I ordered the brisket bahn mi that was absolutely outstanding. The brisket, the toppings, and the baguette were all top notch and prepared with love. My partner ordered the vermicelli rice bowl with pork and it was also very enjoyable. Our friend ordered the pho and we all tried it as the portions are generous, and it was awesome! We are quite picky with asian food having lived on the west coast for many decades, and all three of us really enjoyed the meal. They even have wine and beer, and you can order a red wine bottle for $15! More of a four star experience due to the lighting, and we drank our wine out of plastic cups, but I wanted to compensate for some of the negative reviews on here. She even comped us with her house made peanut brittle from the kitchen which was still warm and amazing. Try for yourself, if you like Pho, you will be impressed for sure. Now the negative thing was that we added a generous tip thinking it would be great but we had to walk up to order ourselves after already being seated.
