We decided to try a new place for pho since we tend to go to the same places over and over. We had heard that this place was great so we swung in on a snowy night and the place was fairly busy. The staff was quick though to check on us and make sure we had everything and to refill out waters. The spring rolls were delicious and wrapped nice and tight. I was seated immediately and the employees were extremely attentive to welcome each of us as we came in and asked if we wanted anything but water. I called the order in for pick up and the gentleman was ready for the order and told me it would be about 15minutes for pick up. When I walked in the pick up counter was towards the backside of the restaurant which has a very authentic Vietnamese feel. I took my order home and it seemed to travel pretty well. Found this place about 4 years ago when my son started school in the Denver area. Large portions and filet minion beef in your pho how can you go wrong?! I'm a snob from the SF Bay Area and this is definitely out for to spot when we're in town. I ordered the medium and could barely finish it all. The combo dried noodles are great too. Today (6/19) when I went I noticed the dining room was open which was cool cus since Covid many places had been takeout only and I had already resigned myself to the thought I'd have to eat my pho in the car. Pleasantly surprised they were able to seat me though it didn't seem as though they were social distancing as they should which struck me as odd as they do have a second bigger dinning room. This is why I dropped it to 4 instead of 5 stars. Regardless they food was tasty, all the employees were taking what looked like other sanitation measures including masks and no touching and the price was fair for the amount of food I ordered.
