First of all, I always try pho tai when I'm at a new spot to see how it measures up and dare I say... this is the best pho tai I've had in Denver. I called the order in for pick up and the gentleman was ready for the order and told me it would be about 15minutes for pick up. Got the usual medium sized pho and came out very quickly. Well. Might have been too quick and rushed? I had been here before a few years prior and the food is still delicious. Today (6/19) when I went I noticed the dining room was open which was cool cus since Covid many places had been takeout only and I had already resigned myself to the thought I'd have to eat my pho in the car. Pleasantly surprised they were able to seat me though it didn't seem as though they were social distancing as they should which struck me as odd as they do have a second bigger dinning room.
