I was calling around all of the Pho places and they said they are pretty much open 24/7, they only do half days I think on 2 holidays, Christmas and New Year or something like that but they were the only pho spot that was open on 4th of July in Vallejo. Great service, located in the same plaza as Island Pacific in Springstowne. They have indoor seating and everything on the menu. I called for pick up and ordered wonton soup with egg noodle, a kbbq rib plate, and a pork bbq rice plate with egg. I was able to drive across town and pick it up. They are also available on door dash too. People were dining in on the Saturday holiday and was happy to hear they are open. So I did try this place and Food was OK but what I didn't like was there was one lady that worked there and she seemed like she had an attitude and I'm like that's not OK I just didn't feel that comfortable. This is my local to go spot for pho. Inside isn't really special. It can sometimes be a little messy, but I do enjoy the service and soup base. I have always ordered their #1, but recently switched over to their Bun Bu Hue. I like the meats, spiciness and flavor of the soup. I have given this place the benefit of the doubt over the years, but every time I go and this one particular worker is there, she never greets, smiles or is friendly. Not sure what her status is, but it is ABUNDANTLY CLEAR she does not like black people. I went to buy a boba smoothie. Not greeting, I stood at the counter ( she looked at the door when I walked in) what ever she was watching on her phone was more important than me patronage. Pretty good for our neighborhood Viet spot. Love coming here for their iced coffees, super strong and just the right amount of sweetness. On special days when I'm feeling hungry, I always order their Com plates. My go to is the pork chop with egg. Delicious and gets you full. Parking lot seems sometimes sketchy. Had a few run ins with your local street dwellers asking for money, but that's about it. Nothing out of the ordinary for this city. Definitely a go to spot. She was older, with dyed red hair, and wasn't polite to some of the "ethnic" guests while we were having dinner. I asked another worker after dinner why she was angry with the other customers, in my opinion she doesn't like some kinds of people. My experience has always been positive, I guess I am lucky that I am not the kind of people that she doesn't like. My best guess is that she may have had bad experiences with darker haired people. Review: I had dinner here on 9/30/2025，paid the bill with my credit card and left a cash tip on the table. few days later , I found the restaurant charged me more than the total amount on the receipt -- without any notice. When I called the manager, he was rude and dismissive, only saying "the credit card machine had issues." It has been a long while since we had been to this place and I'm glad we came to dine inside today. The place was empty when we came in and it was clean, well lit and very warm in this very cold day. I've been going to this place for years because of the cheap good food. Like where else can you get a whole plate with rice, eggs, a salad, and 2 pork chops for 13 bucks. Recently they added a few menu items that are all fantastic, the rib pho and filet mignon pho. While I won't say the filet mignon makes a MASSIVE difference with their regular beef noods the tenderness of the higher quality cut it quite nice and I think it's worth a few extra dollars if you have it. Food comes out hot, fast and tasty. Pho broth is excellent and rice bowls are also my favorite. Place is clean and staff are nice enough. Price is reasonable. Location is a little seedy, located between a dollar store and a 99cent store. I never had any problems. Food comes fast and you get a glass of water. If you want a boba drink, soda or anything else for that matter, you better speak up during the intial ordering...because, in the yrs I have gone...no one has asked me how are things going during my meal. I ordered for a group of 5 people. We all got iced Vietnamese coffee and an avocado smoothie. For a novice coffee drinker like me, this packs a punch. A little goes a long way if I need to be up and alert. I'm sure my Spidey senses will kick in after this cup. The place smells super authentic. Good food. The pho is perfect for rainy day weather. I usually get the #31 - two pork chop rice plate and an order of fresh spring rolls to share. I tried the fried chicken for the first time. It came with that chili-fish sauce, so it was good! But I think I would have enjoyed it more as a rice plate. This is a good restaurant but I'm always careful to park my car where I can see it. It was BF cold outside, and I was in the mood for some Pho! The first place I went to for Pho was SUPER crowded... This place was nearby, and I was able to get a seat right away. I haven't had food from here in a while and was crossing my fingers for some good Pho. This place did not disappoint. I ordered the #2 Pho Soup, large with a Shrimp Cake appetizer. The broth was flavorful and hot! The Shrimp Cake was crispy and tasty. Service was fast and efficient. The young lady waitress got me ice water and a to go box with haste without me having to ask. I did not experience what some people reviewed about having bad customer service? The place was nice and had a homely feel. I was really satisfied with my experience here and will be coming back. I was so gross out I threw everything out.
