Great gem in Siloam Springs! I was here for work and as I was driving to my event, I saw the sign for this place so I came back for lunch. It was later in the afternoon so it wasn't too crowded. There are a few parking spots right in front. Service was friendly and fast! I had the vermicelli noodles with egg rolls. It was a pretty large serving...I almost ate all of it. Don't judge me. Lol. I tried the matcha Boba tea. Wasn't a fan of the flavor of this one. Tasted a bit off to me. This small town didn't appear to have many great food options that were non-American cuisine so I was thrilled to find this place. Great food!

Located in a kind of a mini-Asian/oriental business center.. We started with the BBQ pork springs rolls. They were a good value and delicious. Two large spring rolls filled with plenty of BBQ pork. You didn't have to look for the meat, it was end to end, in the spring rolls. We had #28 (Grilled Chicken Vermicelli and Egg Roll) and the #40 (Grilled Chicken and BBQ Pork). The chicken on both of these dishes had a good charred exterior crust and a pleasant taste that matched. The flavorful BBQ pork that was served with the #40 was chopped. The two (chicken and BBQ pork) went together very well. Most importantly both dishes had a generous portion of meat. The service is friendly, but somewhat absent and inattentive. I signaled for the check and the owner signaled me to come up to the counter to settle up. I would say service is not their most prominent virtue. Next door to the east side of Pho & Rolls is a nail salon and on the west side an oriental food market. I'm guessing all related. It is easy to get to, on the north side of Highway 412 just west of Mt Olive St. The food is very good! The staff is friendly and provides "adequate" service.

I love this place. The freshness of the food is wonderful. The flavors will leave you wanting more. The pho. Try it. You will be hooked. Don't be afraid to add siracha and hoisen sauce. Even better. Many sushi rolls to choose from. Amazing. You won't be disappointed.

4/22/26 This family…read moreowned business was highly recommended by a local friend and I had promised to check this place out the next time I was in town. Well Yelpers, I've found my new fave Northwest Arkansas restaurant! TBH, I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. It looked like a modernized restaurant with an open kitchen. I opened the door to the restaurant and waited to check in and a handsome young boy asked if I had reservations and I advised I didn't and he asked if I wanted to sit indoor or outdoor. He grabbed a menu and helped me to my table. I was quickly greeted by a staff member and given a glass of water and was told that there isn't an assigned server but that multiple staff members will work together to attend my table. After eating American and Italian food all week on my business travels, I was craving some authentic simple home cooked food and this location brought me virtually home for dinner. For those of you that know me or have been following my review journey, have gotten to know my household ethnicities. When I saw the House 1830 Menu, it was a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Laotian food! The color purple was present from accent walls by the kitchen to my cloth napkin on the plate sets, to the "seasonal" menu font color all tie together with staff uniforms including the outdoor purple umbrella above the outdoor seating space. They even have custom pillows on the bench seating with the House 1830 logos. Susana, one of the owners came to greet me and asked if I've been here before or if it's my first time. She shared that her husband Binh was the head chef today and many patrons typically think it's a fusion restaurant but it's really a family inspired menu that keeps the food as authentic as possible. Binh is Vietnamese and their sister in law Bé is Laotian. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Bé as she was celebrating her birthday elsewhere as she should. Susana shared that her contribution is the inspired cocktail menu...which had so many yummy options that you don't see anywhere else. They had a Lychee Martini on the menu but I see it often everywhere so I ordered the Longan Martini to try and it was delish! I started with my roots and ordered a Vietnamese House Sampler described as a sampling of the crowd favorite starters. Cha Gio | Mini Banh Xeo | Bo Xien Tam for $21. The eggrolls were crispy and had the right amount of filling well seasoned, the Bite-size Banh Xeo shrimp crepes was light and the flash fried marinated beef skewers were seasoned to perfection with a family marinade. Lettuce, cilantro, mint along with the various nuoc cham (dipping sauces) were great! I didn't want to fill up as I wanted one of my favorite Lao dishes Nam Khao - Crispy red curry seasoned rice combined with small chunks of cured pork, and spices. It comes with lettuce, mint, cilantro where you can eat it like a lettuce wrap or eat it as is like fried rice for $18. This light entree for me hit the spot. The staff was exceptional, occasionally stopping g by to check if my water was ok or if I needed anything. I went to check out the bathroom to wash my hands and thought the wall murals were trendy and happy to see the restrooms were clean. I stopped at the open kitchen and complimented the chef and his staff on my delicious meal. They were very cheery and thankful for the compliment. Went back to my table and contemplated another cocktail or dessert but I was really beyond stuffed and figured I'll be back and to save options for my next visit. Chef Binh stopped by my table and we started talking about a little of everything. The restaurant concept, the seasonally inspired menu and to keep things fun for regular diners, shhhh....you didn't hear it from me...but there's even a secret menu that changes often! You'll have to ask or sign up to get the details! You don't get many seasonal menu options from Asian restaurants so I love that they have a seasonal menu and a secret one that only the special members know about! Come check out House 1830! You will not be disappointed yes, I'll be back to visit Binh, Susana and team! Thanks for the hospitality! Thank you, Zerric for the best recommendation! Xoxo

There is little to no decor on the walls and the place just feels empty. On top of that it was also pretty cold in the dining area. Yes, I get that labor costs money but the little robot they use to bring out your drinks and silverware is pretty lame. We were sat less than 5ft from the counter, it probably took longer to load the two drinks and silverware onto the robot and tell it where to go than it would have taken to walk them to our table. The food is okay/average. It's not bad but it's not great. Prices seem fairly typical for the type/style of food.

I ordered pork spring roll and beef pho with round steak and tendon. I knew we weren't off to a great night when she said "we're all out of bean sprouts, is that OK ?" Well, no it's a bummer that a Vietnamese restaurant is out of bean sprouts at 6 PM, but here we are. I said ok, because anything I would eat there should contain bean sprouts so no point in changing my order. I paid for my meal and added a tip, and found a place to sit. In a few minutes, the little robot comes around with my glass of water and utensils. It also delivered Boba tea to a nearby table. I figured out that you have to tell it OK once you've retrieved your things, and it makes the kitty face and tells you thank you. Neat novelty; In a bit the robot was back with my pork spring rolls, which are terribly disappointing. With the absence of bean sprouts, the rolls consisted of only vermicelli noodles and Romaine lettuce, with some very unappetizing pork. I'm accustomed to char grilled pork in a Vietnamese restaurant just having that wonderful grill flavor, and this is overwhelmed with a sticky sweet hoisin based sauce. I munched on one roll. So glad I did not order a pork bowl. The pho was served, and the garnish was lime, jalapeño, and cilantro - no beans sprouts as we knew, no Thai basil, or mint or sawtooth. Broth was a little salty, but it was ok, certainly scratched my pho itch. I asked one of the staff about the pork, did it used to be more lemongrass flavored? She informed me that it had always been exactly as it was. And gave me a pretty good stink eye when I said it wasn't traditional (or very good.) I was not rude about it, but for some reason felt compelled to ask.

I've had Saiwok bookmarked for awhile as it was recommended by a fellow local friend that frequently dines here. I went with what the staff recommended for me. Customized Bowl - I chose Brisket with vermicelli noodles Imperial rolls (3) Brussel sprouts Lychee sangria Little did I know it was 3 separate dishes I was recommended In California when we order this dish (Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò), it comes with an eggroll on the side that gives you an option of pork or veggie. So when the cashier asked if I wanted to add imperial rolls, I was like sure I'd like pork please, I asked if there was anything else the recommended for me, The cashier made a mention that they had really good Brussels sprouts and so I said let's add that too! I added a Lychee Sangria to top my solo dinner, was handed a cup and told to sit anywhere I'd like and the food would be out shortly. I think I was a little taken back by my $54 solo tab for dinner but was hangry, The food came out shortly and it was 3 separate dishes. :O Imperial rolls were small but crispy and good. Brussels sprouts were indeed good but had alittle too much glaze dressing for me. The bowl came out and it was lacking on the brisket meat. It was filled with tons of vermicelli noodles! It did end up being way too much food for me. I ended up taking some Togo and mixed in the Brussels with the vermicelli salad bowl to take to the hotel for a late night snack. I would come back to try other things and maybe avoid ordering too much and ask if what is being suggested is too much for one person. The vibe inside is pretty chill. Ample parking outside.
