This use to be our favorite Pho! I am not sure if it has changed hands from the original owner as the owner we met from Cleveland Ohio was very kind! We order two phos as we always do. I drove 16 minutes to get there and the air conditioning in my car fully works and was on full blast. We enter the restaurant and we notice it was very loud with the tv. The young man was lovely and handed me the food. I drove 16 minutes back. I take out all the ingredients and boil the broth. I open the container with the meat and the smell took my breathe away, It was spoiled. I called to explain and the young man said to bring it back everything. I can also hear an Asian man yelling at the young man. I threw out the bag when I took out the food but I put it all back in the containers and place it in a box so it wouldn't spill Or tip. My husband drives it back. This bald Asian man brings out piles of meat and tells my husband to smell it. He says that they serve it all day and it is good. Then he said it was spoiled from being in my hot car. But my car is air conditioned. Also he asked why it was in a box and not in the original bag. My husband finally was reimbursed After being treated unkindly. My husband kept his cool because that is who he but the Asian bald man was screaming at his employees in front of everyone. We will never go back and it was our favorite. But to be treated this way and see employees treated this way is horrible and I will not support and business such as this. Just be care and make sure your meat is fresh or not go at all. read more

Hello to all pho lover out there beware when you're ordering food at this restaurant I gave two stars for both service and food. Let start at the service level..umm I would say not professional at all they don't pay attention or any follow up with their customers. Three different occasions I asked for a rare steak on a side for my pho and bun bo hue and they kept adding the meat right in the soup and this is not acceptable since I want it rare. Visited this place last night. Had a craving for a Pho with just soft tendon. The broth was flavorful and the tendon was good quality and soft indeed. The basil leaves and beansprouts were fresh. If you never been to Asia you should know that customer service is not at the top of the list at restaurants. When you come here just make eye contact with one of the servers and then sit yourself. They are quick to bring your menu and water and then take your order. The food is great - I come here every other week to get my fix. When am done eating, I take my check and go straight to the cashier up front. try to say something in Vietnamese. They get a kick out of it each time. read more

One of my favorite and first pho places! In store and takeout it always amazing, and takeout is definitely an interesting experience when you bring it home. You are given the ingredients and cook the broth on the stove and then add the noodles and everything else so the noodles dont get soggy before you get home. I was excited to try this spot based on reviews but was ultimately disappointed. To start with the pros, the restaurant was clean and the prices were reasonable. The cons involved the service more than anything. I'm not sure what happened but for some reason our 2 iced teas took over 20 minutes to come out. This was after we had finished our appetizers and gotten our entrees. While most would say this is unacceptable I get that sometimes things happen (maybe they had to brew more?) And would have been understanding if there had been ANY communication at all. The waiter never once checked on us or tried to explain and I had to actively search for him to ask about the teas. When he returned ANOTHER 10 minutes later he only brought one tea. By the time we got both of our teas we were almost done eating, then were charged almost $5 for each tea. Insane. All of this could have been excused if the food had been spectacular but compared to other vietnamese food in the area it was just fine. We will not be returning. read more

Pho: Very lacking and flavorless. For me this was more like Hu Tieu with a hint of pho flavor. it was bland to the point where I had to add some fish sauce. Taro Boba: It was good. I was suprised. service: was lacking and inattentive. I come to west palm beach for business occasionally and this will be a stop for me every single time! Got in for dinner on a Sunday and the restaurant was very full for two hours before closing which is always a good sign! Staff was quick and extremely polite. I started with the papaya salad which was delicious and refreshing. They have their own hot oil which is points for me. For the main I got their speciality spicy beef soup and it was the best soup I've ever had a pho restaurant! Very decadent, all the meat was cooked perfectly tender, and the broth was very flavorful. One of my favorite pho places. Hot or miss sometimes depending what day you go. But I've gone at least once a week for a few weeks straight. I get the #19 and add meatballs. Sometimes pricey but I believe it's worth it. I usually end my lunch/dinner with a Taro boba smoothie. If they have tapioca. Which many times they don't unfortunately. Great food, nice clean location. Not unlike other very legit asian/ oriental places. Even take out is great. I find that frequenty asian take out is much different quality and quantity wise than eating in, but this place is great. I ordered the pho with a little bit of everything; i left with a container of soup, a box of all the various components, and a bag of sprouts and mint leaves. The boba tea was also really great. Worst service I have ever had. Hours of operation on the door state they are open until 9pm. During Covid, 8pm. I have shown up twice now at 7:30pm and turned away. Even though I am looking at probably 4-7 other tables of people eating. I will never be eating here again and will never recommend this place. Ambiance: The place is huge though and it's clean. Vietnamese music playing all day and I actually like their paintings, reminds me of the vietnamese culture. The inside is quite relaxing actually. Service: All the servers are super attentive, never had an issue with service or our food taking long to come out. Taste:The pho large is big and the broth is pretty good; not sweet at all (always a good sign). I would stick to the basics though, the bun bo hue isn't all that good. Food presentation is the norm, compared to any pho place. Also, the boba tea...I'm not too fond of only because they add coconut milk and it's super potent and I can't get past it. I had the Duck Bamboo Noodle and my boyfriend had the Pork Vermicelli. I loved the sheer amount of bamboo in my dish, but I was a bit envious of the Pork Vermicelli and am planning on trying that next time. My sister and mother shared a large bowl of Pho with Brisket and the server was kind enough to bring an extra bowl for them. We had no issue with the service, despite a few reviews that indicated it could have been a problem. I also ordered a Vanilla Boba Shake which was able to convert my previous boba-hating mother and sister into order one for themselves. Not bad or great, just ok which was disappointing because I have had pure deliciousness in other Vietnamese restaurants in ft Lauderdale. Went to this place with friends, one of my friends ordered the spring roll,I got a large combo pho, summer roll ,and the Vietnamese coffee. My friend's spring roll are super tiny and all three size are irregular. The Vietnamese iced coffee should come in a little stainless steel dripper and the ice should be on the side, but the way they do it is just put the coffee in the styrofoam cup. The summer roll is not fresh as the shrimp is a little smushes. The soup of the large combo pho is light and not as flavorful, it lack beef favor , taste like someone added extra water into my bowl of pho. read more

First off the food is great and the place is clean and even though it has a cafeteria vibe it's nice and comfortable. BUT the staff is nearly useless. They do take your order and deliver your food timely but that's where service ends. Need a refill or want the check? Good luck! The staff normally sit at the bar, backs to the customers, talking and playing on their phones. It's a chore to figure out who is taking care of your table as the person taking your order isn't the one bringing your food which isn't the same person refilling your drink which again isn't the person handing you the check or even the one same that takes payment. My last visit I asked for the check and tried to pay immediately but they just about faced and walked away as I tried to give my credit card. After someone finally took my payment they disappeared for 5 minutes at which point I got up and asked for my card back. Turns out they left it on the front counter RIGHT NEXT TO THE FRONT DOOR! For anyone to just walk by and take it! Completely irresponsible! I sure hope the owner sees this review and takes back control of his establishment since he does have a great product and local and the only problem is the staff allowed to ignore patrons. read more

Worse Pho in south Florida! Hot water poured over boiled white chicken breast with 0 flavor. Anybody who likes this pho obviously never had a good one before. We also ordered shrimp spring roll came with pork mixed into it. You could just smell it when you cut it. Also the service was horrible even tho we were the only ones, the employees were just sitting there texting we had to flag them down when we were ready to order which she was only halfway listening (no pork). Server never checked back if the food was ok. The place was dirty too after the busy lunch tables were there with dirty dishes sitting there. Take your lucky bamboo if you go there.
