It has been probably about 4 months since I have had Pho at this wonderful establishment. Kim, who is always our server, remembers exactly what each of us had on our last visit. She is phenomenal! I always get the Rare Beef and Meatball Pho and it is exquisite. The broth is so refreshing; the meat is very tasty; the noodles are perfect and the bean sprouts and basil add a wonderful texture. I am always satisfied when I leave. My dessert is the Vietnamese coffee which will last me the rest of the day. I highly recommend this quaint restaurant for a dine in or take out.

Food is always fresh and prepared excellent. Best local Vietnamese food! Service is fast and friendly even when they are busy. Ambiance is fine but more importantly clean and comfortable.

The food was very good here and the portion was large, but I was disappointed that we could not get a spring roll (we learned they don't offer them after 6 pm) and that on a Friday night they close at 7:30 pm. This is a very casual restaurant. There was only one guy working out front, so we ordered at the counter. We were the only folks dining in when we were there, but there were a couple folks that came by to pick up their takeout orders. My husband got their roast pork noodle bowl. It had large amounts of thinly sliced cooked pork on top. I got their shrimp noodle bowl. The shrimp were well cooked and lightly glazed. I really liked them. Under the hot meat and seafood were the cold noodles, the lettuce, cucumber, cilantro, etc. Each of us were given a small bowl with the slightly sweet "sauce" to pour on top. I prefer to eat the noodles and shrimp first and then use the liquid as a salad "dressing". My husband took half of his bowl home. He had it the next day for lunch. There's no atmosphere or real service here, but if you're in the area and craving Vietnamese cuisine, the food is good.

Trying a new place for dinner tonight. This place closes at 7:30pm on Friday so some items are not available after 6:00pm. The interior is small but they have indoor seating to dine in. They do a lot of take out orders as we witnessed. My order was the Rice Noodles with Roast Pork. A good sized bowl with enough to take home for lunch the next day. Very good.

Perfect hole in the wall vietnam restaurant. Since I am in Saigon frequently I am very comfortable with Pho. It is a must to hydrate before a night on the town. Here is some comparative street food restaurants in Saigon

Pho 16 has been one of favorite treats to myself, It's hard to go a few weeks without considering stopping in for takeout. They always give FAIR portions and great service. The dining room is moderate but no one is coming back over and over for that, pho takeout from this place is hands down one of the best meals you can have at home. The staff obviously care & have pride in the service they provide. The consistent quality keeps me coming back. I've tried some other "reputable" pho places around here and have gotten 1/2 of the portion I get from here and paid more for it. Don't bother looking you found the best option.

Temperature dipped below 70, immediately I crave a bowl of hot soup. I was originally searching for phomee, but it looks like pho 16 is now the new owner of the pho shop. The restaurant is small and divy. The menu is your typical Vietnamese restaurant with some pictures on wall along with handwritten signs. I was by myself so I wasn't able to explore too much on the menu. I got their regular pho with different selection of meat. The soup came out quick and the service was decent (the waitress looked like she could be the owner). The taste of the broth is solid, I would say it's rather on lighter side of all the pho I have tried. I think if you like lighter broth, you'd really like this pho shop. I'd definitely return if I'm in the area.

One of the best pho places I've been too! The broth was the perfect temperature and the meat had a great flavor! A very chill vibe inside.

We love this little neighborhood place. Fresh vegetables are served with their Pho. And they even have a vegan broth option.

I would say way too expensive for what you get in return. Pho is okay but lacked seasoning. Service is alright.

We were introduced to items we hadn't had ever. We decided to finally return. And we learned that 5 years ago, they got new owners. And the menu is now totally different than it was. The small restaurant is located in the back of a strip of stores on the western side of 441/SR 7. It's not the easiest to find. The menu consists of appetizers and different types of ramen. As it was a cooler than normal night, we were in the mood for soup and ramen was fine. I ordered the classic ramen. First you choose the "style", then you choose your broth base. The style determines what is in your soup and what level spice you get. I chose the soy broth. Other choices are miso, tonkatsu, or veggie miso. And I chose the regular egg noodles ramen. Other choices are kale or gluten free noodles. My classic had one piece of roast pork, a whole soft-boiled egg, one pretty colored fish cake, some bamboo shoots, and one piece of dried seaweed. Along with a lot of ramen noodles. My husband selected the Hot & Sour Ramen. It was noodle soup topped with "vegetables", but it didn't seem to have much more than some scallions and green beans. I gave him my egg, so he had some protein. He said his soup had a decent amount of heat. I'm glad we came here to try them again. Now we know.

They had three shrimp and the sauce was not very flavor full. The last thing I had was banh mi, really it was a sandwich with chicken and vegetables. I wasn't impressed with it. I'd never had it before either. I also had a peach tea, which was the best thing of the whole meal. This was sweetened with real peach and had peach pieces at the bottom. All and all it was ok, I'd go back and try different stuff.
