Pho Saigon is my favorite and go-to spot for my weekly dose of Pho if and when I'm in the WPB area. They are authentic and always have the tastiest pho in the area. I am picky about my pho and theirs is so rich. They have some other apps and entrees if soup isn't the desired item but that is their main entree. Service is always friendly! Sometimes had a language Barrier experience but nothing major and no major difficulties. I would recommend all my WPB foodies to come here for a casual authentic Vietnamese bite. read more

Never made it in beyond the doors. Our Marine Corps league detachment was having our monthly social on Wed, April 15, 2026. One of our members has a service dog and they refused to allow the dog in although they have a service dog sign. This dog is trained to this members need and was provided by the VA for this individual. This violates Florida Law and the Americans with Disabilities Act. We will be reporting this restaurant and will never recommend. Went down the street to Hunter Crab Seafood and Bar and they welcomed us and the service dog and the food was outstanding. Next time we go I can bring my well behaved non-service dog. Now that is the way to run a business. read more

I was trying to find a pho place within this area and went with Pho Saigon. Wow! Amazing food. Walking in, it smells like yummy pho broth. I was surprised that they had Japanese food and sushi. There was so much I wanted to order! I was tempted but I was here on lunch so I went with what I was craving for. I ordered a pho with meatballs and thin sliced beef. Wanted something warm and what's better than Pho?! I heard about this spot before, so I was happy I got a chance to finally give them a try. I was able to order over the phone on my way to there and it was pretty packed once I got there. My food came out fast and the guy at the register was nice. It was also reasonably priced for 2 shrimp pho's and 2 orders of shrimp summer roll totaling to $53. This place is huge inside, gives a real sit down dinner family vibe. I typically dislike how restaurants package Pho to go, but this place did a great job. Everything was separated and they even added a cardboard piece into the plastic bag so the hot broth didn't fall over. There is plenty of parking, this spot sits in a shopping plaza. This is a big space. Lots of tables, booths and a big bar. It felt very authentic the minute you walk in. When we got there, some tables were full of people eating and laughing. We were seated and immediately greeted by our server Jose. Drink orders were taken and when Jose returned we were able to order appetizers and dinner. My crispy spring rolls were delicious, however if you order these ask them to serve you the peanut sauce instead of the sweet dipping sauce. The sweet sauce was way too overly watery. Not the consistency of a good duck sauce. The peanut sauce however, looked yummy. The large bowl of pho with shrimp, brisket and extra noodles was just what the "doctor" ordered. Filled up with steaming hot soup and served up with a plate of delicious veggies. Don't forget to add some sriracha. Pho Saigon was highly recommended by a Vietnamese acquaintance, so we ventured there for dinner with another couple. We were disappointed as some of our entrees were pretty good and some were underwhelming. The service was generally unimpressive. The restaurant was not very busy at dinner time on a Saturday night, which did not bode well. In fairness though, they seem to do a robust take-out business. One person in our group ordered a large bowl of pho soup with flank steak. He thought it was flavorful and enjoyed the variety of ingredients. He couldn't finish it and requested a to-go container. He asked the server for assistance pouring the soup from the very large bowl into the container, but the person either didn't speak English or otherwise did not want to assist with this task. Not good service! My husband had fried rice with beef. His plate was full of rice but contained very few pieces of beef. There were only a handful of dry, over-done bits of beef in the dish. Unacceptable! Another person had the shrimp and white rice dinner, which consisted of about a dozen pieces of shrimp accompanied by a few slices of tomatoes and cucumbers, a small salad and a side of pho broth. The shrimp were flavorful but not very warm. The side of pho broth was very salty. I had a similar dish with chicken instead of shrimp. The chicken portion, consisting of two grilled boneless was plentiful and tasty although a bit over-done. The accompanying fish sauce helped add a nice flavor along with much needed moisture to the dish. None of the wait staff seemed to speak English and did not readily understand our simple requests for such items as a knife and a water refill. The person who came to our table to present our check first had to inquire what we ordered before generating the bill. Didn't they already have that info? The decor was sparse and not particularly inviting. Maybe that's why so many people order their food to go. We're not rushing back. Next time we want to have some pho or other Vietnamese fare, we'll likely try some other restaurants. read more

I had read up on this spot a while back, but I'm rarely in this part of town. When I am, I typically hit up my tried and true spots. But when my Vietnamese nail tech who lives near me told me that this is HER favorite place to get pho, I knew I had to to stop in. The place is very clean, and you could tell that the diners felt like this was their place. TVs played videos of Asian chefs preparing amazing recipes. We didn't go too crazy but had to try the classics - sake, spring rolls and the pho special. The spring rolls were just ok. The pho OMG the pho. The variety we got included peel fit, but the server asked if we wanted it and sadly we said no. I bet it makes the broth richer. In the future my husband and I agree this is a place to stop it exclusively for pho. The servers were not overly attentive but were friendly enough. This is our 2nd visit to Pho Saigon, and the food was as delicious as our 1st visit. It had been raining here and one of the ways our family treats ourselves is to have a huge bowl of loaded soup and pho hits the spot every time. Some of the best pho we've had have been out in the west coast and so when we relocated here, we were wondering if we would be able to find comparable places. We have found 2 and Pho Saigon is one of them. We look for specific features and flavors of the pho. It may be different for you but for the House Special, we look for brisket, beef round, tripe and tendon in a rich, savory, flavorful broth that is not overwhelmed with too much cinnamon or sweetness. The broth here was perfect and it even had meatballs in it. The menu is a bit more extensive than I have alluded here, and includes sushi/sashimi, and cuisines in addition to Vietnamese. The staff was super friendly, attentive to whatever else we may need and kept the water glasses filled. The owner came out and greeted us with a smile and asked how everything was. The ambiance is quiet and the place is clean. We can't wait to come back and try other dishes they have here. But, if you have been searching for a delicious pho restaurant, give this place a try. On both occasions, I enjoyed the vegetable pho and Vietnamese summer roll sans the cucumber. The peanut sauce that pairs the rolls is superb! I love the toppings and condiment options for the pho too. My daughter accompanied me on my recent visit and she enjoyed vegan friendly sushi. It was a rainy night and I was craving soup. Why not pho? The parking lot in front of the restaurant is not the best lit at night, but it still felt safe. The restaurant was constantly busy with people coming and going. And they were doing a lot of takeout orders as well. The restaurant itself is bright inside and much larger than expected with both booths and tables. We were greeted immediately and lead to a table; then given menus and our drink orders taken. We ordered a summer fresh roll with shrimp only (without pork) as an appetizer. It actually was delivered after our soups were, but that was fine as all the food came out quite fast. The summer roll was good. Very refreshing with crisp veggies and shrimp rolled in the soft rice paper and cut into 4 pieces. A slightly spicy peanut dipping sauce was served on the side. We both got the same type of pho with egg noodles, pork and shrimp. Number 31, I think. They first brought out a dish with shredded lettuce, limes, jalapeños, and bean sprouts. There weren't any mint or cilantro leaves which we've had in other places. The soup (one size) a large bowl was full of a very flavorful broth, freshly cooked egg noodles, onions, thin slices of pork without a trace of fat (yeah) and a half dozen medium sized shrimp. We added veggies by choice -- I left the jalapeños for him -- but I like to add the bean sprouts bit by bit so they stay crunchy, but add the lettuce all at once to wilt into the soup. We both thoroughly enjoyed our soups. And we both took a large portion home for another meal. There are several sauces on the table including hoisin (good for the pork) and siriacha plus fish sauce and hot oil (red pepper flakes in oil) should you wish to spice up your meals. I definitely want to come back here. I'd also like to try some of their other non-pho Vietnamese dishes (they recently also added sushi). This one is a keeper! read more

The pho here is quite good. We got one traditional broth and one spicy broth, along with shrimp summer rolls tonight. Both had plenty of meat and broth to make a huge bowl at home (ordered take out). They also included plenty of vegetable toppings like mint, bean curd, shredded red cabbage, onion, and lime wedges. The summer rolls were also more than competent and their peanut sauce was some of the best I've had anywhere. The service was fast and friendly.
