Love this place really. But today was a notch down. Went for lunch and ordered fresh spring rolls and crispy egg rolls as apps. Both were very good. The wonton and pork soup was on point as usual. With rice noodles is the way to go. My beef stew with egg noodles was a let down. The noodles were tough and stuck together in clumps. The meat was fatty and not nearly as tender as in the past. Hip our server was very busy with phone to go orders and walk in to go orders. We noticed the LED lights on the ceiling this time. Only one set was on. Not sure what they are trying for. And the open kitchen layout was a bit louder than usual too. Not their best this visit but I will not be deterred. Love their food. read more

We were excited to try this place, but when we arrived at 11am on Sunday, the doors were locked despite the open signs. We double checked online and on the door, confirming they should be open. Since we weren't in a rush, we waited 15 more mins and tried again, but the door was still locked. No answer when we called either. Super disappointed! read more

I guess what should've tipped me off was there was not a single person in here nor did the phone ring the entire time we were there. There were family members sitting in various booths, one reading the newspaper, one on her phone, another doing her nails. Even the person taking our order didn't stand up until sometime after he yelled our order to the kitchen in Vietnamese (I only bring this up as it's necessary information) and was heading to the bathroom and then he picked up our menus. As the person with me is a picky eater, they specified exactly what they. The waiter kept asking are you sure not carrots or cabbage or broccoli? They were sure or they would've ordered it , also no sauce was specified numerous times at least three. I ordered a combination and left out onions and cauliflower. I asked for mushrooms and bean sprouts and I was told they have those but they didn't come on my dinner. I would've paid extra but was ignored when I asked if that was an option We asked for our order to go. Imagine our surprise when we got home and the food was all wrong. They weren't making any other food We would have known exactly what he told the chef if we could understand and could've corrected and said that's not what we wanted. My friend ate nothing because the food was completely covered in sauce and my combination chicken beef and shrimp dinner contained only chicken and lots and lots of onions. Oh and Exactly one snow Peapod. I will say that the sauce on my dinner was good and I'm sure my dinner would've been absolutely delicious if it was what I ordered. I called up and they didn't seem to understand what I was saying or acted like they didn't so I paid almost $34 for 2 Ramen bowls that were nothing we ordered and one went right into the garbage I won't be going back read more

While the food was decent at best, what really made me never want to visit again was the awful atmosphere. The entire time, the workers blasted mean spirited, hateful rhetoric from their iPad. Between the profanity and pure hatred being spat out, I have never felt so utterly miserable and uncomfortable while at any establishment. This is almost across the street from us and this was the first time we have ever been. Our neighbor comes here almost every day for the soup. I have been sick and have been craving beef broth with noodles. This certainly did not disappoint. You could tell the place itself is new, it's really nice and clean, the waitress and waiter are so friendly and happy to served us. And the second and the third times experience also the same. Oh my goodness yess! I used to order from one of the other locations before I moved beachside and it became too far. I was so happy when I saw they opened one up here! Does not disappoint. The best pho I've had in the area so far. The fact that they have other authentic options like Bo Kho and a variety of Hu Tieu is phenomenal. We only did pickup, but the service was super friendly for that transaction. The todo packaging was awesome! Giant bowl actually big enough for the entire quart of broth plus noodles, meat, and toppings. (I actually don't have a bowl that big in my kitchen!) It was a little quiet in there.
