The boba was delicious and prepared quickly. The vibe inside is really cool with lots of anime art on the walls. My husband tried a shrimp bao bun and loved it. We will definitely be back!

This place is definitely a hidden gem! The Animae wall paper all over is so cool, it is the comic book pages. In the bathroom it is even decorated! The worker was very nice. I ordered my meal to go and it was very easy to do so. Sometimes those online ordering systems are complicated. My order was ready quickly. We decided to sit inside and eat. The place was clean! The pork ramen was super good! There was a lot of broth included. I saw an add on for extra noodles so I will definitely do that next time. The rice bowl was good, I had yum yum sauce on there. I did see a few different options for sauce. This was my first time trying a bao bun. We got boba to go. They have a lot of different flavors and add ins. We will definitely be back.

I have been wanting to try this noodle bar for sometime and finally had the opportunity. I was absolutely not disappointed some of the best boa buns I have ever eatenTheir Senzu fries are phenomenal... I have been telling everybody about this place and wanting to go back ever since I walked out the door. The girl at the counter was friendly and patient while we looked over the menu deciding what we were going to order. The food came fast and, like I said, absolutely delicious!! Definitely going back soon. For reference, we had the Pork Bao Buns, the Dynamite Shrimp Bao Buns and the Senzu Fries. Posting a pic of the buns I ordered, sorry I neglected to get a pic of the fries.

Shouldn't expect much for a beach town so was just okay to me for a ramen joint. If you don't have high expectations and just want ramen then go for it! The pho restaurant (pho cali) that's owned by the same people had much better food imo, even though it's not the same kind of food selection. The pro of this place is that they make their own broth which had good flavor. Everything else was mediocre to me, not the best ramen joint and there are much much better ones in Orlando. The Udon soup noodles was decent but I'm not usually a fan of that and it isn't hard to mess up. For my ramen, the pork belly wasn't smoked so didn't melt in ur mouth, but the egg was done decently well though and would recommend getting that as an extra if you like ramen eggs. Everything else was just ur basic vegetables so didn't help or hurt the dish.

Honestly, props to Senzu's owner, because this was pretty great Japanese fusion for Melbourne-- comparable to spots in SF! Dope staff & anime/manga decor. This was our first meal in town and I'm seriously impressed. For COVID safety purposes, hand sanitizer is provided, and tables are sanitized between visitors. Being Florida, masks were not enforced (even more reason to wear it, tbh). Parking in the strip mall lot is easy to find. The employees are phenomenally attentive & friendly, more than happy to answer any questions and chat. CHICKEN RICE BOWL: Americanized, but undeniably tasty. Comes loaded with veggies and protein. Chicken's stir fried in some teriyaki-style sauce that complements the white sauce well. TIGER BROWN SUGAR MILK TEA (less sweet, no ice): Yikes... Overcooked af and wayyyyy too sweet. I never turn boba down, and this was hard to drink. The pearls were gummy and left an odd aftertaste. My bf's ramen had excellent broth-- hard to come by. I'm a fan. I think if they sharpened up their boba skills, Senzu would be a staple in town (if it hasn't already!) in no time.

Not being familiar with the nuances of Ramen, we saw the ratings for Senzu Noodle Bar and we had to give it a try. The Ramen that we are familiar with is the one that comes in a package with a flavor packet. The girl that greeted us was friendly, recognized or ramen rookieness and gave us some suggestions. We had the Miso Chicken Ramen and the Beef Fried Rice. The Miso broth was rich and hardy, the ramen noodles and egg were cooked to perfection. The Fried Rice was flavorful and not greasy, as in others we had. The motif on the walls of the restaurant were tastefully done with anime drawings. We will be definitely returning to try the other ramens.

The service was absolutely amazing, the younger lady at the counter was sweet. But the Food and Boba was a miss. The boba was mid & tasted old. I got the fries for $7 and it didn't look appealing at all for that price. Just some fries with a little corn, the sauce was good. Other than that I have no reason to come back here. Disappointing tbh

The anime decor was fun. I wouldn't go out of the food and service. All the milk teas have dairy but the fruit teas are dairy-free. I ordered one tofu bao. It was fluffy. Bao were sold individually so one was fine for a light meal / snack imo. I would get it without the sauce next time.

Their rice is like creamy happiness and makes the sushi so much better. Their fish is fresh every time. We have tried almost every roll and have never been disappointed. They have other dishes as well. Whether it is Ramen or Katsu, you will love it. If you like spicy, try their Spicy beef ramen or the spicy kani salad. So good and if you're ailing, the ramen soup will nurse you back to health. The service is excellent. Everyone works hard as you will see them scurrying around to ensure everyone is served. The best part is the floor manager. Her name is Mama. She watches over the customers and staff with a watchful eye. She is so awesome. Older woman with the spunk of a teenager. The owner and family always have a smile for all customers too. Good people. MAKE RESERVATIONS!!! Do not just show up or you will likely have to wait. This is most nights, but especially in the weekends. And the food to value is excellent. No matter what form your sushi takes here, the quality is excellent and prices are good as well. Oh and for fun, they have sumo wrestling on the TV. Our favorite. We have no idea what's going on, but fun to watch while we eat.

The woman answering the phone was very pleasant when placing the order, and I received a warm, friendly greeting when I arrived for pickup. I ordered the Hot Mama Roll, which was easily my favorite of the evening. The combination of kani, eel, avocado, masago, and jalapeños wrapped in mamenori delivered the perfect balance of flavors, and I absolutely loved the jalapeño kick. If you're a fan of spicy sushi, this one is a must-try. I highly recommend pairing it with spicy mayo. We also tried the Rising Sun Roll, featuring cucumber, tempura kani, masago, and avocado, topped with tuna, salmon, and ebi with a touch of sriracha. Everything tasted very fresh, and the variety of seafood made for a flavorful roll. My only wish was for a little more heat. Clearly, I love my spice! Adding some jalapeño would have taken it to the next level for me. That said, it paired wonderfully with eel sauce, which added a nice touch of sweetness. Overall, Mangetsu delivered fresh, flavorful sushi and friendly service. A great option for takeout in downtown Melbourne, especially if you're looking for quality sushi later in the evening. We'll definitely be back.

The banchan was good but very light, which I'm not used to. I request the banchan to be refilled 3x. The kimchee rice was so good, best place I've had it! Overall, I personally wouldn't return back, everything was just over the 'average-to-good-bar' but who knows, there might be something I'm missing by not coming on the weekends.

Just like Mexican restaurant reviews, generalized Asian restaurants have become a dime a dozen, and…read moremost do a decent to good job. Ergo, being such, for them, has become the "new average." As for Ruby Asian Taste, I have never eaten here before and was suggested to this restaurant from the ladies I spend lunchtime with after church on Sundays. So, was it good? Well... it was passably good, but a las, it generally fits the "dime a dozen" category of Asian restaurants, even though it tries to be everything, too. Located in the Publix Plaxa just south of Melbourne High School, Ruby Asian Taste (which I will shorthand to Ruby's for the remainder of this review) is marketed as having every Asian food available. What that means is they have more than one Asian cuisine, including Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Korean. As a matter of fact, they had three different menus, loaded with options. Upon entering the restaurant, it looked like your typical walk-in New York Style Chinese food restaurant is often seen next to a Publix here in Florida. Simple tables, simple chairs, no fancy wait service, etc. At least everything was clean. I ordered three different food options, primarily Japanese. I got the takoyaki and kaaragi. The former, being fried dough balls with a piece of octopus inside, and the latter, being Japanese-style fried chicken, were both good, but they were nothing extraordinary. My church lady friends ordered chicken and mixed veggies with white rice and crab rangoon. They were good, but nothing extraordinary either. On a sidenote: the men's restroom was decent. It is clean and simple but needs an upgrade. You can do your business without having to be disgusted. Ultimately, Ruby's is okay. It was not my first choice, but a choice that I would consider if need be. My suggestion is Ruby's simplify their menu. I think having so many options stretches them thin a bit and thus their food would be average. Ruby's can still be an everything Asian restaurant, but maybe limit some of the options.
