Garlic Chili Edamame and Popcorn Chicken
    Christine C.

A hidden gem in Palm Bay! Everything was delicious and I am already so excited to come back. You can tell the owner and staff are so happy to answer any questions. I ordered the popcorn chicken (LOVE five spice), edamame, and the strawberry shortcake milk tea. All were so yummy. The restaurant seating is limited, but there are some stools along the front wall and some tables to the right.

I'm giving this spot a mainland 4 stars because I truly believe this is probably one of the better spots in the area. I'm visiting from Hawaii and rating it with Hawaii standards just doesn't seem fair. This is a cute little quick service spot with sushi and a few different Japanese appetizers. I started off with the strawberry matcha, loved seeing the real bits of strawberry but if you're used to good matcha-- this matcha is more of the yellowish color and when it mixes with the strawberry it turns really muddy. But once again, I haven't seen anyone else doing matcha like this in the area! They even can seal it for you - so opening it it like opening a can of soda! The best thing we ordered were the spicy ahi on crispy rice! It was assembled with such care and topped with tempura flakes and jalapeño. I would 100% recommend ordering this dish. We also ordered their spam musubi for the kids back at home. It isn't clarified on the menu, but for $7 you do get 2 musubis. This spot has a lot of potential and I think if you're in the area and craving quick service Japanese food- definitely give Little Santouka a try!

OMG this is deff my fav Japanese restaurant in Brevard! The aesthetic is so cute and everyone working here is so welcoming. The taste of the food is delicious and the drink options are extensive and super yummy! I want to go here like every weekend! I've tried the beef and the chicken bowl. I think my favorite is the beef bowl but I recommend both! Hopefully this place sticks around forever!

THATS MY BESTIEE!! Oh the joy of boba!! & that amazing chicken hibachi with the veggies was ooo yummy sauce was INCREDIBLE too!

The food was amazing !!.. like absolutely hibachi express could neverrrr! (Omg the yum yum sauce is 5 stars, on its own!!)((everything was 5 stars though imo)) The younger gentleman was as kind as could be and answered all my random questions. lol the ambiance is adorable!!! You can watch your DELICIOUS boba ((STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE BOBBAAA!!)) being made and then take a cute selfie on the aestheticly beautiful greenery wall Have already been back! Only have had boba and hibachi, and omg... Top Tier, chefs kiss

So happy I finally gave this place a try. Spicy tuna crispy rice is something I've been craving a lot recently and Little Santouka was close enough for me to order it. The rice is cooked to a crispy and tuna wasn't too spicy. The freshness of the sliced jalapeño on top added depth with a drizzle of soy sauce of a salty bite. The edamame was standard and gave me the extra protein I needed. Definitely recommend!

I bought the chicken entree with veggies and rice. I literally stopped eating to grab my phone and write this review. DELICIOUS! Every part is great. The chicken was tender and the popcorn chicken was crunchy with perfect flavor. My picky toddler ate this. We both recommend this! Yummy!!!

Good vibes! The boba is fresh it's chewy and sweet . If you don't like tapioca boba ask for the popping boba instead I recommend the passion fruit tea boba , it's refreshing. The only downside side is I think the rolls are a bit too pricy for the size but the food is fresh . There's nice stools to chill while you eat . The staff are very pleasant to talk to.

The left is the Brulee Oreo milk tea and the right is the ubetaro san signature tea. Half drank lol

Great new place! The sushi is simple and delicious. We loved the spam musubi as well! We can't find it many other places nearby. The milk tea and boba selection is unmatched. So many unique and fun choices. The café is clean and cute. Looking forward to revisiting!

The steak in the bento box was about as tough as beef jerky. Everything else was average. Didn't come with yum yum sauce.

The woman answering the phone was very pleasant when placing the order, and I received a warm, friendly greeting when I arrived for pickup. I ordered the Hot Mama Roll, which was easily my favorite of the evening. The combination of kani, eel, avocado, masago, and jalapeños wrapped in mamenori delivered the perfect balance of flavors, and I absolutely loved the jalapeño kick. If you're a fan of spicy sushi, this one is a must-try. I highly recommend pairing it with spicy mayo. We also tried the Rising Sun Roll, featuring cucumber, tempura kani, masago, and avocado, topped with tuna, salmon, and ebi with a touch of sriracha. Everything tasted very fresh, and the variety of seafood made for a flavorful roll. My only wish was for a little more heat. Clearly, I love my spice! Adding some jalapeño would have taken it to the next level for me. That said, it paired wonderfully with eel sauce, which added a nice touch of sweetness. Overall, Mangetsu delivered fresh, flavorful sushi and friendly service. A great option for takeout in downtown Melbourne, especially if you're looking for quality sushi later in the evening. We'll definitely be back.

I left as a human sushi roll with zero self-control and absolutely no regrets. Round 1: "I'll pace myself." Round 2: "Okay but these rolls are tiny, so it doesn't count." Round 3: "We don't quit in this family." Round 4: I started negotiating with my waistband. The sushi? Fresh, fast, and dangerously delicious. Like... suspiciously good for something labeled "all you can eat." The spicy tuna had me questioning my loyalty to every other sushi place I've ever been to. And the fried rolls? Crispy little traps of joy. AND the vibe? Super cute, really clean, and tons of seating--so even while I was making questionable life choices, at least I was doing it in a place that felt put together and comfortable. Service was on POINT. Our server kept the plates coming like they were personally invested in my downfall. At one point I'm pretty sure they made eye contact with me like, "You sure about this?" No. No I was not. By the end, I was: 70% sushi 20% soy sauce 10% poor decision-making Would I go back? Absolutely. Will I learn my lesson? Absolutely not. Pro tip: Do not say "just one more roll." It is never just one more roll. 10/10 would roll myself out of there again.
