When I informed her that those sports were currently in season, she assured me they weren't. When I asked about the availability in other sizes for what they did have, I was told that she didn't know that, either. After I informed her I was visiting from Florida, and would be leaving in the morning. She then proceeded to offer me an Embroidery Service on any item, then I could come pick up at the store, a few weeks later. Again, I was leaving that following day. Having grown up in Marysville, I always try to support the Local Businesses, especially Monarch Sports/Graphic Stitch. I don't mind paying a little bit extra to support Local Businesses, but it's hard to purchase products when there is such very little in-store availability, or help from it's employees. This was my first time at this new location (previously at N. Main St.), and I'm ashamed of what Ownership has let it become. Going forward, I'll be doing any purchases online, elsewhere.
