Causing me not able to find parking at Burger Palace of Texas at the end of this mall. What prompted me to come here was H-E-B stopped selling self-serve water. In fact they took the machine away so they can form a line to enter the store. Good news for me because I found Water Tree.

Found this place when looking for drinking water when you couldn't find any at stores due to…read morequarantine. Place is super clean and owners disinfect thoroughly everytime a customer leaves. They also wear a face mask at all times and encourage customers to do the same. They have alkaline water at $5.00 for a 5 gallon or premium alkaline at $10.00 for a 5 gallon. You can bring your own container or purchase it at store. I purchased the 5 gallon container with side faucet at $15.00 which I can reuse and also help with the environment. Customer service is really good and they also offer washable nano mask. Water has no taste and is really refreshing.

I walked into the flooring shop and asked a couple questions which were answered i then proceeded to walk into the antioxidant water shop hoping to get some information about antioxidant water and i was flat out refused service . What is this 1930? He looked at me from up to down dressed in a black jacket in the RAIN and black sweatpants and refused me service. Truly perplexing behavior , he simply chose to judge me because i stood outside for all of 5 minutes texting on my phone before proceeding to check out the businesses . It doesn't stop there , i then walked into the restaurant next door la hacienda, in my quest to check out all the businesses and proceeded to have lunch , hopefully i can post these photos ! Great restaurant ! While sitting i decided to call into this joke of a water shop and report what happened to someone on the phone . I told them it was a weird interaction and would still like to purchase water . Told her flat out it felt borderline racist or some kind of profiling she then began to scream at me that she was bi racial and not racist and refused to address the fact that i wanted to buy water . I typically wouldn't write all this , but just goes to show why retail is failing because businesses don't know how to get new customers . Truly wish you the best bi racial not racist lady ! We were looking for a company to install a Reverse Osmosis water system in our home. We contacted…read moreNew Gen Plumbing and Jose was here the next day to provide a bid on the project. We also asked that they include pricing on replacing the main household water valve located in the laundry room. Their quote was very reasonable and the work was scheduled. Jose and his assistant installed the RO system, connecting it to both the kitchen faucet and the refrigerator ice maker. They also replaced the main water valve. This included cutting out, replacing and painting sheetrock around the valve. All work was done flawlessly. After a month or so, we noticed the RO system occasionally making a high-pitched squealing sound. We contacted New Gen and Jose came out to trouble shoot the issue. He discovered that one of the manufacturer's system components was not working properly and was able to remedy the situation. He even took time to measure and show us the quality of the water that the system was producing. The level of professionalism and technical capability of Jose and the New Gen team was exceptional. We highly recommend New Gen and will call them for any of our future plumbing needs.
