When I would call, the phone rang in a random Metro Hearing office and I'd have to leave a message. There were issues in getting my hearing aids ordered, confusion on their part about what my insurance was covering, and a lack of communication about the status of everything from the insurance approvals to the final delivery and fitting of the hearing aids. I had to manage the whole process with the help of my insurance company, which was something I'd never experienced...the insurance company working harder to get me care than the provider.

Gentle Movers... worked with Metro Movers. They are horrible!!! I've moved a lot in my life with…read moremilitary moves and this place is a scam!!! Both of them !! They all lie. Steven, from Gentle Movers, the sly tongue, will tell you what you want to hear to sign the contract and make it seem like your getting a good deal for all your belongings to move, then change the contract while your going through it verbally so you think you know what it says. Then right before you move another company called me and they are called Metro Movers, well now they are rude and saying I owe like $3k more to get the same stuff moved , that's way more than I allotted but it's the day before my move so they know getting a new company on Memorial weekend is not happening. Then on the day of the move the moving company that showed up is not either one of those businesses, it was a third party and they brought a U-Haul. Told me I can only get about 1/2 of my stuff on the truck!! WOW! So after hours of crying and separating what I would take and part with I got $9,400 worth of my belongings on the truck. Then had to call a reputable moving company that I knew. Thank God for them, to come and take the other half of my belongings and donate it. All of this got done in one day! Very traumatic experience that had to be handled quickly. The customer service said , "oh sorry! But you signed a contract." Then got pissy with me !! Horrible customer support and you can't ever get into contact with your sales person... they practically vanish. No one knows a thing! I've been moved now for 2 weeks and I still don't have my belongings. Apparently, it was taken to a warehouse in Las Vegas. Again, I was sold on a 3-5 day travel time . All lies !! Do not use Gentle Movers or Metro Movers . Gentle moves charged me $5800 just to book the move !! That should have been made clear to me. So someone made almost $6k off me and because of that I had to leave behind all my kids furniture, All the stuff in my garage, my dining room furniture and All my patio furniture. Very professional. Very organized. Extremely flexible. When the crew of 2 arrived they were prompt, friendly and professional. The moving crew was obviously skilled as movers. They were efficient and careful with my belongings while packing and moving. They finished the job faster than the estimated time I was given. The move was made fore the most part stress free (or as much as a move can be) with their help. I will certainly call them or refer them to others if the opportunity arises. 5 stars for me!
