Wow These guys know how to help in a really crappy situation. I contacted Ken to transport my mom from a medical rehab to her house last week. I forgot to mention that she needed oxygen which he didn't have at the time, his immediate response was I will run back to the office and get a different van. They returned a short while later with a different van with O2 on board. Upon our arrival home the company that was to deliver oxygen had not arrived yet so we were in a little bind. Ken's response was we will just wait here until that tank is empty. They sat for a while, then left I presume for lunch and returned and just waited outside until the tank had run completely dry. That was absolutely above and beyond any type of service I expected! Then I got an email with the bill, expecting some sticker shock as I opened the email, but nope not these guys. They do not take Medicare but their prices were beyond reasonable and that included all of the extra time and effort they put it in. If you are ever in need of this type of service I can't recommend Diamond any higher. Thank you guys for making a difficult situation so much easier on our family. read more

I had an appointment for a medical procedure m, last month. I looked up a medical transport company and came across Diamond medical transportation. I called to ask about them and was quoted their rate. I immediately booked a date and was told they would call to confirm 2 days before my procedure. That call never came. I canceled my appointment. I'm not sure what happened but I would definitely contact another transportation company in the future. read more

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! $180.00 plus tax for 18 miles round trip is ridiculous! I will look further for a more reasonable price. They are taking advantage of retired folks! read more

Diamond medical was a great choice for a non emergency, but, very important surgery follow up. Manny was a very kind, polite and friendly driver. Although Phoenix traffic was heavy he drove very safely to and from our destination. We felt "cared about" throughout our trips. Thanks so much read more

Looked up Diamonds Medical Transportation on line, went to their website and read a bit about Ken and his medical transportation. I called, and he answered. First positive, I asked for transportation on a couple of transports for a dear friend and he not only accommodated us on a trip to Costco, but also to JW Marriott Camelback Inn on Christmas Day. We highly recommend him. Not only was he on time, but incredibly professional and I always had access to him via an actual phone call or text. Thank you. read more
