Gentle Movers... worked with Metro Movers. They are horrible!!! I've moved a lot in my life with military moves and this place is a scam!!! Both of them !! They all lie. Steven, from Gentle Movers, the sly tongue, will tell you what you want to hear to sign the contract and make it seem like your getting a good deal for all your belongings to move, then change the contract while your going through it verbally so you think you know what it says. Then right before you move another company called me and they are called Metro Movers, well now they are rude and saying I owe like $3k more to get the same stuff moved , that's way more than I allotted but it's the day before my move so they know getting a new company on Memorial weekend is not happening. Then on the day of the move the moving company that showed up is not either one of those businesses, it was a third party and they brought a U-Haul. Told me I can only get about 1/2 of my stuff on the truck!! WOW! So after hours of crying and separating what I would take and part with I got $9,400 worth of my belongings on the truck. Then had to call a reputable moving company that I knew. Thank God for them, to come and take the other half of my belongings and donate it. All of this got done in one day! Very traumatic experience that had to be handled quickly. The customer service said , "oh sorry! But you signed a contract." Then got pissy with me !! Horrible customer support and you can't ever get into contact with your sales person... they practically vanish. No one knows a thing! I've been moved now for 2 weeks and I still don't have my belongings. Apparently, it was taken to a warehouse in Las Vegas. Again, I was sold on a 3-5 day travel time . All lies !! Do not use Gentle Movers or Metro Movers . Gentle moves charged me $5800 just to book the move !! That should have been made clear to me. So someone made almost $6k off me and because of that I had to leave behind all my kids furniture, All the stuff in my garage, my dining room furniture and All my patio furniture. I recently used Metro Movers for my move across town. I utilized them for packing my items and for the actual move. From the first contact on the phone I was very impressed. Very professional. Very organized. Extremely flexible. When the crew of 2 arrived they were prompt, friendly and professional. The moving crew was obviously skilled as movers. They were efficient and careful with my belongings while packing and moving. They finished the job faster than the estimated time I was given. The move was made fore the most part stress free (or as much as a move can be) with their help. EPIC FAILURE DO NOT HIRE THESE EXCONS!! Just like some of you when I called to make my appointment and schedule a truck and 3 men I felt good in the way my reservation was taken,BUT When I made the reservation initially the person taking a reservation instructed me that somebody will call a few days before the move to make sure everything is still OK and to confirm our start time so I waited till 5 days before my move and called the company and they confirmed that they had the reservation and that the 3 men and the truck will be there no problem so I started to feel already a little nervous that they didn't keep their word as far as getting back in contact with us a few days before the move They seemed very nonchalant about it on the phone. Now comes the day of the move and their broken down nasty dirty white truck with no name on it pulls up to the front of my house 45 minutes late And the 3 men that showed up Came inside my house looked at everything that we had boxed up and my furniture and say it's not all going to fit in this truck we'll have to do 2 trips which me and my wife agree to so 5 minutes into them starting to load the truck they started arguing amongst themselves the 3 men were dam near in a fist fight yelling screaming and cursing at each other My wife was extremely scared and completely nervous that we hired the wrong people so they they continue to argue and load the truck then they dropped and damaged 4 pieces of my furniture you can see the included pictures then then we finally load the truck completely and are going to make the 1st unload at my new address my wife and I meet them at the new house they show up and start unloading the truck about halfway through they started arguing and complaining about the owner and 2 of the men fought with each other the 1 guy who was the "boss" called the company and screaming at the owner Scott Akers cursed him out and quit saying "FUCK WHITE PEOPLE I WILL NEVER WORK FOR WHITE PEOPLE I HATE WHITE PEOPLE " threw his cellphone and walked off the job and his pal followed they just walked away Leaving one guy there to upload half a truck by himself not to mention They were not going back to get the rest of my belongings so I have already had to start looking for another moving company and called my realtor explaining that these childish inmates X cones just quit on me halfway through a move Which caused a whole another set of problems with the buyers of my old house that I just sold which half my belongings are still in due to metro movers and their sick behavior so about an hour goes by and the owner of the company Scott acres shows up And visibly was in a very bad mood never introduced himself to me the person who's paying him for this move who hired him he grabs a hand cart 2 wheel metal Dolly and takes a stack of boxes into my house and so in my house I asked him to identify himself I said you walked right past me with my belongings and didn't even tell me who you are so he slams and hits me in both of my shins with the front edge of a metal 2 wheel hand truck ! I could have assaulted him back right then and there but I yelled at him he got scared he went outside my house and HE called the police to please show up they did and I am now I am allowed to press criminal charges against this weirdo who asulted me in my own home .the police told Scott Akers to peacefully unload the rest of my belongings and I would find another mover to get the 2nd load, he and his 1 employee did unload our belongings and left. BUT WAIT THERES ALOT MORE So my wife and I find a second moving company to come and get another another load from our old house so we can close on that house once our belongings were gone we found a company 2 men showed up and completely loaded a 24' truck high and tight with no room to spare which would have been the 2nd load from metro movers but they could not complete the job so my items are completely out of my old house and we finally moved into our new house everything is good we thought But Scott Akers drove by my house very slowin his Black Ford F150 with Arkansas plate 050 XPM and was poking his head up and out the driver's side window looking in my backyard So much so that he did not notice me standing there taking a picture with my cellphone and calling the police on why this person who just assaulted me 2 days prior is now creeping by my house was he looking to shoot me or my wife? So the police dispatch somebody to come take the report about what just happened and to get the pictures of sky there's of Scott driving by my house in the time that I was waiting for the police to show up I got a phone call from one of scott's ex con employees threatening my life about some belongings that they left at the old house because they didn't go back and get the 2nd load supposedly there was some tools and a Dolly Dolly and so I call me hung up the phone and call the police back and reported that read more

So my review isn't based on service because I didn't get any! My husband and I are in the process of selling our home and have yet to find a new property. I had received a flier for Metro Moves in the mail with 10% off. I usually trash this type of junk but decided to read it. Not only do they offer moving services but storage services too! So I decided to get a quote. I went to the website and filled out all of the information wanting a free estimate. That was 4 days ago. No call, no return email, nothing. Now I live in a 4000sq ft, 5 bedroom home. They could have made a substantial amount of money from us but never even bothered. And most of the worst part of the job is almost complete. Most packing has been done, basically just needed the furniture moved and stored. Oh well. It saved me lots of money, for that thank you Metro Movers! read more

They told us they would have 3 guys, showed up an hour late with only 2 guys. The truck they came in was a peice of crap, wouldn't start unless he started it about every 30 minutes. He got to a point where it wouldn't start at all so my husband ran and got him starter fluid but it didn't have enough gas so had to go get gas for it to start with the starter fluid. Then they didn't pack the truck very good so didn't get everything in it. When they unloaded (we moved to storage) they didn't pack well so my husband had to repack. We had to rent a Uhaul the next day and get everything they didn't get into the truck. We had to repack the storage before we could put the rest of the items into the storage unit. Instead of it taking them 6 hours it was 8.5 hours and we had to repack and get a uhaul to finish the job. If we had known it would have taken this long and so much frustration with the truck we would have started with Uhaul. The guys were kind & polite and worked hard but the BOSS needs to fix the crappy truck... read more

You get what you pay for!!! That is my best advice to everyone! This company started out amazing. Very responsive to calls, securing the move and trucks showing up on time. But then it went downhill fast. One mover left the job early due to his back, antique dressers had their mirrors removed (by the movers), but when it came time to put them back together, the correct screws were nowhere to be found. Additionally, they were not going to reassemble the furniture they took apart. Lastly, they damaged antique furniture from the 1800s. The head mover lied about how it happened, even stating that the furniture was disassembled when they showed up at our home. NOT TRUE! When lodging complaints about the damage, it took weeks for the owner to return my call. Funny how Scott was not available to take responsibility, but readily available to secure the job. Due to my weekly persistence to get a return call, he finally relented. He was accusatory stating that I was not telling the truth, and that if I had a antique restoration company fix it, they were going to gouge him on price. I decided in the cash payout route. After we agreed to an amount that 'his repair guy' would charge him, I had to once again chase him down for the check to be sent. Upon the reimbursement arriving, it was 1/2 of the agreed upon amount. We moved in November, claim filed immediately, but just received the reimbursement in February...3 months to cut a check to your customer? That is terrible customer service! We used metro movers to move from a two-story house and I knew it wasn't an easy move. We had a number of large, heavy and fragile items upstairs and the stairway has a corner. I've personally moved things up and down and wanted no part of the aforementioned pieces. Best leave it to the pros. And pros they were. They arrived on time, were dressed sharply, and clean despite the summer heat. They were able to move all of the cumbersome and delicate things with nary (I've been itching for a chance to use that word) a scratch. They worked quickly too, taking little time for breaks - just enough to stay hydrated. Of special mention is that they found space in the truck for a LOT of small items that we figured we would move in the car at a later date. By squeezing every last bit of space in that van I estimate they saved us 10 trips in the car. I highly recommend Metro Movers. They are honest, dependable and won't surprise you with any hidden charges either. read more

We just used Metro Movers in March. I don't know if Al, Connard, and Billy still work there, but I'm sure they represent the type of help Metro Movers strives to get and they couldn't have been better. We were moving from a two story house with a gym upstairs with very large heavy commercial grade machines and very large heavy Thomasville bedroom furniture, but for them it was no problem. They were very careful moving from our existing home and into our new home. They were so patient as they could see we wouldn't be able to re position some of it once they were gone. They repeatedly asked if we needed it to the left or right was it exactly where we wanted it. They worked so well together that it definitely instilled confidence. All contact with the company from initial inquires for quotes was very professional and prompt. Yikes beware unless you like having your'e valuables damaged and then not having them fixed or replaced!!!!!!!!! First off they damaged multiple pieces of furnitureand have lots of hiddin fees for shrink wrap etc , I made a claim they next day on multiple damaged items I have a newborn baby so was not able to assess all the items they damagedwithin the first week. My first clue should have been when they placed our 60" flat screen into a card board box that should have been my first indicator to ask them to just leave! my mistake I guess, They droped a brand new leather recliner that still had tags on it and broke handle and spring thing was supposesed to be used for rocking my newborn baby broken and unwilling to fix it after multiple emails back and fourth they did have a repair company come to fix the dresser sleigh bed and armoir they took chunks out of wood and scatched to look ok but still when you are paying for somone to move youre valuables you would think they would be a little more careful, They say they give 90 to file claims but when I made my claim the next week for recliner they said sorry it was out of time frame and it had been to long ? Locked in on a date everything seemed great, then I got the call they had to delay one day so I adjusted to that, said they had a truck loaded but could not unload yet. I'll give 2 stars because the move got done and they did work hard to achieve it BUT the cursing was immediate and got worse throughout the day. A bed post was broken. "sorry." The truck had about 45 minutes unaccounted for between residences. My husband was told "my phone died so I couldn't get directions". Both movers had phones so how unlikely is that? I'm worried about what may have been taken off the truck during that timeframe, but with everything in boxes, it may take a while to find out. Apparently there are complaints about my review. I stand by it. If you don't want negative reviews, do better at customer service. I called for the location of some missing screws and voiced these complaints to a woman named Patricia. She told me that she would relay the information to the owner for follow up on the broken bed post. The only response I have received is from Yelp. read more

Hi . I had this company move only my big stuff . I did all my packing . I had two guys one was moving like a turtle while the other one was working had . I called the company they told me they would call me 5 months later haven't heard back still . My complain was I was gettting charged by the hour n I knew that that's why I only left the big stuff to them . They had to take 2 TVs down from a mount the living room one took them like a hour to figure out . They had a take a table apart which I had mentioned that when I called that they would prob have a hard time with it n they told me my mover a very good I'm sure they will figure it out quick I said if they don't will u give me a discount if it takes them a while he said of course didn't happen . It took the mover 10hours just to move big items . One of the guys I had to tell a few times instead of lookin at ur partner can u please do something several times u had to be on him about doing something . And I wasn't around a lot to micromanage them but enough to see I only had a one crew guy not two . Very very upset . Got charged 1,100.00 for 2100 sqft home with not much furniture. Excellent job! Highly recommend them. The quote was competitive and the team that moved me was extremely customer centric and professional. There were no issues with packing my possessions or moving them. I had some unique challenges such as having to changing my move schedule to a weekend with short notice and moving a piano to a 2nd floor loft in my new home. In all cases the company demonstrated flexibility and the highest degree of planning and professionalism. I think it's about time I write this review as we just used METRO MOVERS again on Saturday for our 5th time! We hate moving, as most people do and have always used METRO MOVERS except for 1 time....and that was a move from HELL! We went back to METRO MOVERS for the simple fact that we have never had a bad experience with them. They showed up promptly at the agreed time and we got the 2 BEST moving guys we have ever had. ADAM AND STEVE were AWESOME! These guys were not only courteous and polite but they were friendly and helpful and well organized. They worked great as a team and they KICKED ASS and seemed to actually be enjoying what they were doing. Adam and Steve have amazing energy and they even helped me decide where to put some furniture....lol They took great pride in the job they do and because of ADAM AND STEVE it was an amazing experience! We used metro to move all of our big items (mainly furniture). I was very happy with the whole process - from interactions with Kacie beforehand to those with the movers themselves. Even though I was paying by the hour, these guys were hustling big time, taking time when necessary for the protection of my stuff. I had 3 guys and one truck. I was surprised by how much they were able to jam into the truck (probably played a lot of Tetris as kids). I was given a 12-3pm arrival window. The moving truck showed up at 5pm. No effort was made to notify me that they would be substantially late until I called the office at 3:15pm, only to get a return phone call at 4pm that they were still an hour away. When I called to complain before the truck actually arrived, I was quoted a 10% discount on the hourly wage. This $8.50/hr discount was incredibly insulting to me, since I had essentially taken my entire day off from work to wait for the movers to arrive. My time wasted was worth way more than $8.50/hr. Once the movers/truck arrived, around 45min into the job one of the movers started to become physically sick: cramping, signs of exhaustion/heat stroke, muscle spasms. He had been awake for the past 48hrs, as his girlfriend gave birth to their baby daughter the day before. He called his boss, Scott (owner), asking to be relieved from this job. Scott reluctantly agreed, and rounded up a new member of the moving team. I ran to a local grocery store to get bananas, Gatorade, and Pedialyte for the sick mover (and paid for this out of my own pocket). By the time Scott arrived with the new replacement mover, the packing/loading of the truck had been idle for 75 minutes. Scott offered to discount 30min from my bill. Because it was now 7:30pm, and the move still needed to be completed, I told Scott "that's a start" but didn't overly object because I didn't want to demotivate the movers. To my surprise, the mover who was so sick he couldn't help was the only one of the 3 men on the job who could drive the large moving truck, and I was paranoid that he would spasm/cramp with all of my possessions/furniture in the truck en route to our new home. Thankfully he didn't, but that was a lot of additional liability assumed by Metro Movers. Once we arrived at the new home, the crew did an excellent job of unloading & staging my furniture at my new home. We finished up around 9:30pm, which had we been productive the entire time should warranted a 4:30 min move. However, due to the break in the middle for the sick individual, at least 75min should have been discounted from my charges. The 30min discount was once again insulting of my time and my business acumen. The three men who actually moved my furniture were excellent and professional, but the overall experience from a customer service perspective was below my standards. In the days after the move. I called, emailed, and used social media (private messages) in an effort to get Scott to call me to discuss my dissatisfaction and to offer a compromise. 3 days later, Scott called me. After arguing with me that I wouldn't have used my time in a more productive manner had I known the truck was going to be late, he then asked me what I thought was a fair compromise. I offered to pay for a 3 hour move, as I believe this would have been accomplished had the one mover not become physically ill on the job. Scott scoffed at this idea, and reluctantly agreed to talk with the guys on the job & think it over. He then insulted me by calling me a "cyber bully" in my efforts to get him to call me to discuss the matter at hand. Mind you, none of my communication was public - each email or social media channel was only visible to Metro Movers. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything from Scott, so I emailed his office seeking a response. A day later I received a long email reply from Scott, who essentially told me that he would not refund me any further, and that in perfect conditions this should have been a 5-6 hour job. This seemed like a remarkable claim, as even with the 75min delay the actual move was completed in 4.5 hours. read more

On our move day the movers showed up 2 hours late. We were given a an ETA between 12-3 for our move. The movers showed up after 5pm without one phone call notifying us of their late arrival. The two movers needed to take a break 30min into the move & one mover cramped up & could no longer work. After waiting over an hour for the owner to call in reinforcements, we were finally moved into our new home after 9pm. The production costs us over $390 and the owner Scott offered a 10% discount & to take off 30min from our 9 hour moving experience. If it was possible I would give this company negative stars. We have used them twice to move. The first time there were no issues at all and the guys were very cool and courteous. This last time, well not so much. They were supposed to send three guys and they only sent two. The two they sent did not get along and were fighting the whole time. They did tons of damage to our house and furniture. I have filed multiple complains with the GM, sent pictures of the damages and he has failed to respond or do anything to make it right. Please be warned about using this company. They seem to be earnest when you are making the appointment and do show up on time. I think it completely depends on the crew of people that you get on your move day. I used them before and only had one piece of damage but this time I had so much damage I have to write this. We were unfortunate with the people we had who did not take the extra time and care to wrap furniture and to place things carefully as if they were their own. They were not careful in the loading and carrying of my furniture. Many of my furnishings were damaged. Here is a list of damage: A handle missing from an armoire along with dents on the armoire, fabric torn and soiled on a linen sofa, damaged legs on wing chairs, damage on an antique buffet, damage on dining room chairs, leather sofa scraped and leather torn off, media console damaged, box springs and mattresses were dragged and soiled, and metal tool box was dented. They did send someone out to do furniture repair, however, I would rather the damage never occurred in the first place. The mattresses are still soiled, the linen sofa is still torn and dirty and the repairs are noticeable. We paid a considerable amount of money to use this company and I am very sorry I did. Update to review - now they have had someone come to clean the soiled mattress and box spring and the linen sofa. The sofa tear could not be repaired. The person that came took the one remaining handle from the armoire to try and find replacement handles and I have not heard back from him since he was here and it has been two weeks. Update on March 4, 2013 Still have not heard anything about replacing the handle. I also found a huge chunk of wood that had been busted off a headboard that had been taped back on to cover up the damage. What a sneaky thing to do. read more

We have recently used Metro Movers and had a very bad experience with them. The movers were too rough with our furniture and they damaged some of our valuables and lost the screws for the furniture. When I called the owner his name is Scott. He did not took any responsibility for fixing or repairing any of the items. I texted him several times and he ignored all of my texts and never responded to my phone calls. I will never use them in future. I do not recommend metro movers to anyone. We used Metro Movers over 17 years ago to move into our new home. We had mixed reviews but overall the stressful move went well. Here we are 18 years later and we are moving again! Scott (owner) called me the SECOND my house went on the status of "sale pending" and said he would send me a yellow post card. He was the only person to call me and send me anything. I called him back weeks later and scheduled our move. I did comparison price shopping and Metro was very affordable! I am shocked to read the negative reviews because I never experienced anything like those other people. We moved a 3000 square foot home with 3 men and one truck! Al, Kenny and Rafael were on time, courteous, called me to inform me of their arrival, professional, clean cut and amazing movers! You can tell they had been doing this for a while. They treated my stuff like it was theirs! They truly cared for my household items and like tetris game packed that truck full! Nothing was broken, damaged and all arrived in perfect condition. They packed the house in 2 hours! When we arrived to the new home, they did a walk through, inspected the best way to move in and went to town! In less than 90 minutes, the entire truck was unpacked and everything was put where I wanted it. They didn't break or damage anything! It was truly amazing and such a smooth process! I am grateful for the experience! In ONE YEAR, we are moving again to our new build and without a doubt I will call them again. I will specifically request Al, Kenny and Rafael and pray that Scott does everything he can to retain them! They truly are professionals! No stars. In October of 2016 I wrote a glowing report on my cent experience with Metro Movers. Unfortunately I spoke too soon. During the move one of the movers broke a glass pane in my china cupboard. Pictures of the damage were taken and reassurances made that the issue would be resolved. When I didn't hear back from Metro Movers by mid-November I contacted them. They asked if I had pictures of the damage. I resent the pictures and they asked for measurements of the glass. I took pictures of the glass with measurements and forwarded them to the movers. After a few weeks I contacted them again ask what the delay was. At that point Scott called and asked to come over to measure the glass. He came over the week before Christmas and took measurements and stated that I should have a replacement in place soon. I have not heard from them since. I have left numerous phone messages and sent many emails asking for updates. These attempts to reach Metro movers were either given a reassurance that someone would be in touch with me soon or just ignored. I am rescinding my excellent rating and stating that I would no longer recommend Metro movers. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

I used Metro Movers on the recommendation of a family member who had used them for a short move. I had them move my entire house and garage from the Rim to the Valley. THEY WERE GREAT! Happily they got there, after a drive from Phoenix, got the truck loaded with everything that was to go and then some and headed out for the valley. They beat me to the house, but started to unload things as per the instructions from the person waiting for them. It was fast, efficient and perfectly coordinated. I was amazed that two me could move that much, that quickly and then have it unloaded by 6p.m. that evening. The company was easy to work with, both to set up the move and to pay for the service. I worked with a young lady who manned the desk, answering phones and she was so easy to talk to and set everything up. I was concerned about the move and hope it was my last, but, in the event that I move elsewhere within the valley I will definitely call Metro Movers to take care of it. Thank you! read more

I have used Metro Movers three times in the last three years. The first two times they were fantastic. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Unfortunately the third time is my last time. The very first thing driver said to me was "it's customary to tip us". Excuse me!!! He also mentioned that he was let go by one of the major national movers. Hmmm red flag number two. I have a grand piano that they have moved twice before. This time the driver was on the phone asking for instructions on how to disassemble it. red flag number three. Never wrapped anything. Let's just tip this ultra suede couch up on its side, in the garage, in the dirt. I could go on. Scratched two picture frames, nicked the legs on the piano, scratches on leather couch. Called the owner and to his credit he got a repair person to come repair the scratches. But even then he didn't seem to think the lack of professionalism was any big deal. Never again. read more

Unfortunately the reviews I read of Metro Movers were good, therefore, I chose to go with them after getting a few quotes...I regret it. They were to arrive between 12-3pm and didn't actually arrive until 5:15pm and I was told another job was added to their day, prior to mine...I think since I scheduled first, I should have come first?! Not only did they arrive a few hours late, they walked in and said it was going to take them at least 7 hours to move (when I was quoted between 3-5). 7 hours (until midnight) was not an option since the storage facility temporarily moved into closed their gates at 10pm. My sister and I kicked into gear, moving most of the items ourselves. Aside from being extremely late, the two men sent to do the job had no sense of manners. "got any water?", when I gave them water, they wouldn't even say thanks. I even tipped at the end (don't know why!) and neither of the guys said thank you. They each put the $20 I gave them in their pockets and proceeded to get in the truck...that was the nail in the coffin. I would not recommend their moving service to anyone, in fact I'm telling everyone I know about the experience. It was baffling. read more

I would like to write this review so that the owner can hopefully make some changes. My husband and I hired Metro movers to move our things. We were told our job would be best for 3 guys and a 26 foot truck so we agreed they start at 10am on a set day. the guys showed up only 15 minutes late which was fine, each toting a quick trip 32 oz soda with them. One guy immediately needed to use my bathroom -Okay, then they looked over everything, joked around a bit and started work at about 10:30am, they were friendly but joking about how our large television was to go to his home or "hey if we don't break anything you'll give us a bigger tip right" They also found it funny to pretend to drop things or continue joking about "stealing" my things. I tried to give off a displeased smirk but they didn't get it. I then was informed on how many kids they have and how low their pay was (I will not say for privacy reasons the numbers) but just a lot of hinting at them needing me to tip them well. So after an hour and 2 more potty breaks they stopped coming in the house, I found them on the far side of the truck taking a smoke break! um I am paying for their time and dont want to pay for potty breaks or smoke breaks and I let them know this and they joked by saying "man, you don't have to watch us so closely" - apparently I do though! another hour and they finally go the truck full and asked where they could eat lunch on the way! what I am not paying for a lunch break! omg they have worked 2 hours and each has had smoke and potty breaks already! ugh! so after a 30 min lunch they delivered my things, same story, jokes about dropping things, stealing things and a total disregard for my belongings as the banged into doorways and walls. I was so amazed that after 5 hours each guy used the bathroom at least 2 times and took at least 2 smoke breaks and a 30 min lunch! During this same time I didn't use the restroom, eat or take a smoke break and I was helping move furniture to keep things going! some professionals! then when done they handed me a customer satisfaction survey and stood over me while I filled it out! what could I write at that point? these guys know where I live so I gave a good review and did tip them cash but I really wish I could have my money back and I wish I could have written this information on the survey because if this was my company I would have been so embarassed and would have fired these guys on the spot! read more
