Then I reached out to Andrew's Handyman Services, and the owner, Lynn, picked up immediately. I explained the issues I was having with the desk drawers, and he told me it was a common problem but an easy fix. Since time was of the essence, he assured me that two guys would come by the next day, which was Christmas Eve. True to his word, they arrived and took care of everything! They were very professional, just like Lynn, and they're true class acts, plus you can't beat their price. This is the first review I've ever written because they truly deserve it. Many companies talk a great game and have good reviews but fall short on action--Lynn and his team are the opposite. Plus, they're family-owned, which really shows in their service. So when we got a really bad storm all of the lattice bent from having no support and it looked awful. I probably called 10 people to get quotes. Most of them wanted to tear everything down and start fresh and the quotes that I was receiving were ridiculous price wise. Justin was my last quote and he came right alway. He said he could fix it no problem. He quoted me such a fair price AND he got it done in like 3 weeks. Yes, I said 3 weeks. I'm so glad I called because I can't imagine paying the prices I got quoted, having to wait longer to have it finished, and go through the process of demo. We were so happy with his work that we hired him again to add on another pergola. It's really hard to find someone that is quick, honest, meticulous, and fairly priced. Our glass coffee table was handled with the utmost care and despite our tight corners and hallway, all of our stuff was placed gently without any scuffs or dings to the walls. Even when we wanted to move the position of a dresser and a bed, they cheerfully made that change no questions asked. One thing we did to make the move easier on all involved was labeling and using colored sticky notes to color coordinate the boxes to each room in our home. This made packing the truck better as like-boxes could be stacked together. Once the boxes were ready to move into our home, the awesome moving team was able to use our sticky notes to know which room to go to. This not only helped them, but it will help us as we unpack because each box and item will be in the correct space. Don't pass up on this business, they will make your move so much easier!

He sends over a repair man who told me like 5 times he was sick so he will be a little slow. After 2hrs of him going to get supplies he let's me know that he didn't know the holes were big he was told they were small so the job was going to be alittle longer...then maybe 6hrs. So I call the owner to talk to him about the misquote and instead he tells me he's stressed and doesnt need to deal with this and cancels the job. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. I contacted him about my Precor Elliptical and believed, based on what another company told me, it was the reed switch. The other company did not get back to me in a timely fashion for follow up, so I contacted Joe. He was extremely response and he not only was willing to help me when the other company left me high and dry, he gave me three options for ordering the part. I could do it myself and save money, what company does that?!? Or I could order from one of three websites he provided links to. Or he could order it for me and told me what the additional charge would be if he ordered it for me. I opted to place my the order myself and let him know I would contact him once the part came in. It came in much sooner than expected and when I reached out to him again, he was extremely responsive. We set a date/time and he arrived on time and without issue. He went above and beyond while he was here. It was not what the other company told me it was and he was diligent in trying to find the issue. He explained to me what it likely was and why he believed it to be this issue. He also explained to me why it was not what the other company told me. He spent a good deal of time trying to repair what was wrong and while he could not repair because another part would be needed, he left me feeling confident I had made the right decision in contacting him. He left me confident in his assessment of the situation and said he would research and get back to me. Based on his previous communication and his responsive nature, I believe he will do exactly what he says, and for that, I am grateful. His prices are reasonable and he is so nice. I also didn't realize he was based in Glendale but he schlepped all the way out to Scottsdale to see me and he came on Fri., Nov. 10th, when Veteran's Day is being observed. I am looking forward to receiving the email from him about his research and I also know I will save his contact information for assistance in the future. We attempted to contact the company (Steve) several times, but he has never responded. We needed the sunscreens fixed which are loose. He was fast to respond when he wanted to be paid to have the porch encloser installed but will not respond to make repairs. We will never use this company again. He might have been good several years ago but not in 2025. Deeply Disappointed
