I hired them to assemble 1 Billy bookcase and a large PAX wardrobe from IKEA some time in late October. They worked past 7 pm with the wardrobe being somewhat complicated and large, so I didn't spot the problem of one sliding door having a .5 inch gap between the two until the next day. On 10/27, I texted Mary informing her of the issue. No response. I texted her again on 10/29 and got a reply saying they were in N. Scottsdale that entire week and would be in touch to let me know when they come my way again. Weeks have passed and did not hear from her, so on 12/10, I text her again to get an update, no response. I gave her another 6 days, which was more than enough time to respond no matter how busy one can be and still no response. The lack of response prompted me to write a negative review on Google, which, coincidentally, gotten her attention and received a response 2 hrs later explaining herself, etc....and asking me to remove the negative review until she can get out to my house on 12/28. Does it have to take adverse actions to get a response? Unbelievable! Needless to say, I do not want her at my house again and will find someone to fix the problem. I paid her $400 cash for the job. SMH. I then received a response on Google Review saying things that were totally untrue and unrelated to their lack of professionalism. Instead, she went off the subject and claiming they can refuse service. Wow...again...this is the kind of character they are. Glad some of you didnt experience their lack of professionalism. I hired for some office furniture projects, they came, took cash, said they could help with future projects and never responded. No receipt, nothing, then I find out they broke the cubicle they were supposed to partially dissemble.... broke it to the point the entire cubicle system no longer has electricity which costs thousands of dollars!!! Had an appointment 3-5 called st 4:40 said they would call back. Had animals outside for 2 hours. I called them back and they said we spoke to assembler there coming. I told him forget it and he said hes reporting me to debt collector, though they did nothing and did not show for the job. I would say leave these people alone, dont show for job and mad at customer!!!!! read more

Everything they've assembled is coming undone. The quality of work is really beginning to show, something we did not initially notice. Upon leaving my review, I was called by the owner and threatened. Aside from some serious name calling and cursing, the man legitimately wanted to come to my house to fight. Then a few days after the phone call he sent me this message: "This message is for Mr. Jeremy and Jill and Trust. Our intentions are to go to court for defamation of our business UN justified reviews online and harrassment and copyright infringement. We will be seeking damages for monetary loss. Months after we completed work and you may have asked for more. After speaking with you and your reasoning behind it was nothing more than a threat. Please don't makecthis hard on everyone." They are now in business under another name and I strongly suggest never using them. If you could have heard how this guy spoke to me....as a matter of fact....I'm just gonna say it. Wish I could give more stars. Recently, moved from the East Coast back to Phoenix with an American Leather sofa bed, and needed it to be reassembled, which is quite a chore. Mary and her husband did an awesome job, and I can recommend them to anyone who needs ANYTHING assembled. They are real pros. read more

Amazing. They put my whole office room together for less than Ikea and so quickly. I've used them twice already and will be using them again. I was scared to use anyone but Ikea assembly but tired of waiting for Ikea to come and having to waste the whole day. I was happy to find someone who is on time and does a quick and great job. If you have any furniture or outdoor play sets to assembly, please do not call this company. They committed to do some work for us and then wouldn't return calls. Once they finally agreed to a start date they never showed. We then set another date for the work and they didn't show again. No advance notice that they wouldn't be able to keep their commitment. I really wish I had taken the time to read some of these reviews prior to my utilizing Mary and Joe. They assembled couple of pieces for me and I had a Murphy bed that needed repair the assemblers prior had obviously not known how to assemble and so damaged the gas lift and lost parts. I thought that Joe was my savior as he said it could be repaired and quoted me price which I was happy to give up front. Well took the money and then told me the wrong part got ordered and so I waited another week then told me he would be out to repair and was a no show they have not responded to my text messages nor have they responded to my voice mail. AMAZING!! Mary and Joe were so helpful and efficient. They were extremely patient with us the entire time as we had an order messed up from ikea and had to leave off part the assembly for the next day. Here is the deal about this company..Mary and Joe are the owners of this company and i have used a few assemblers in the past with mixed feelings.First of all just so everyone know i am not some high school dropout that decided to give them nothing short of a stellar ,, review... please know i am a highly educated professional, with a masters in physical therapy and a thriving company serving Sun lakes resort for over 20 years..I recognize people who make a difference and who truly care about their work..Mary and her husband Joe were extremely friendly,, polite and most Important HONEST.,, which incidently is lacking in todays day and age..There were no hidden charges, just good decent hard working people, who give you their word which is their bond..Old school like myself, and i cant tell you in todays day and age how refreshing that is..Quite frankly i am using them from here on out and i have referrred them to my gitlfriend..Folks... seriously look nowhere else..Phoenix furniture assembly is quite frankly second to none..The reviews by jeremy and Bears tells me these people were having a bad bad day, cause my experience was 180 wonderful..Keep up the great work Mary and Joe......
