The property managers are rude, unhelpful and clearly lack experience. They refuse to take care of any issues with tenants that put others in danger. The tenant rules listed within the lease are not followed and NOT enforced. That being said, if you want an apartment where people smoke inside the building, have loud parties, liter the grounds, have the cops called and god only knows what else- this is the rental company to go to. The first light that was inoperable, was within a year of installation and Dan was able to fix it. This second year, four of the lights became inoperable. Dan's business said they would come out to the house to assess. They failed to appear. I contacted them again and they apologized and indicated they would come out ....to no avail. Seems unprofessional to say you will do something and just no show. Certainly would consider this if you are considering utilizing their services.

If you're an ascend client- check your ledgers carefully. If you're not--- run don't walk. Now I'm being threatened by them with retaliatory billing practices because I am not keeping quiet anymore , try any other company besides them.
