I was given no kind of instruction, just taken to a room with a massage table & left. I completed no kind of paperwork, no one asked about my massage preferences or specific needs. I had to go back to the front desk to ask if I was supposed to get undressed or wait for my therapist to come in & meet with me. After undressing & laying face down, therapist came in & began. She did not introduce herself or ask any questions. The pressure was a bit deep for my taste but I was never asked if it was satisfactory. The massage, overall, was average. The same 4 minute song played on a loop repeatedly, which was annoying after the 5th time. When finished, there was no chair to sit in to re-dress or put shoes on. No offer of water. She did not ask how I felt or if I enjoyed. Then I was charged a credit card fee. It wasn't the worst massage experience I have had but I don't think I will return.

I was not forced to leave a tip like others stated I think they have new management. She literally pushed me into the massage room and when I asked to use the restroom first she was very irritated. I then went back to the massage room. She came in and asked me to pay first. So no problem I gave her my card to pay. She then asked what tip I was adding. I said $15 which was over 20% on a $70 massage. She gave me back my card and said that wasn't enough. She wanted $25. I said that 20% is good for a massage. She got very angry and kept saying $25 tip.This went on for a few minutes. I was seriously blown away that we were even having this conversation... so then she grabbed my card out of my hand again and went to leave the room to run it and that's when I had enough. I asked her to please give me my card back and told her I was leaving. She got very angry again and threw the card at me and slammed the door to the massage room. I couldn't believe this was happening. So I came out of the room and asked her name. She wouldn't give it to me. I then saw a young guy come out of another room and asked her for a receipt which she refused to give him. He was very frustrated and left. I then asked for her name one last time and told her I have never been treated like this before. She refused to give me her name. She then started physically pushing me towards the front door. I'm blown away! She should not be in business. If by some chance Annie is still the owner and this woman works for her I hope that Annie sees this review and fires her ASAP! Then as others have mentioned the discussion about tip starts, she basically wanted the same amount again before continuing the massage! Then after the service the store completely changes. Then they refuse to pick up any of your calls after the service. Unfortunately I was informed that no manager is available to assist me. I called yesterday and your workers hung up the phone on me which was rude then every time I called they decided to block my calls. Then you call today and when I try to call back twice you don't answer the calls Massajoyest M. I called and asked twice if that was the price because that's what the gift card mentioned it doesn't say $10 off it says $10 and then when I got there I confirmed again and the worker said yes and before your worker even started the massage she inquired 60 min or 90 min and I specifically said I have the coupon for $10 for 60 min. So instead of your workers rushing customers into a room and trying to get over they should take more time to give a accurate answer instead of lying just to get business. I'm completely dissatisfied with the service and workers and the cons for business. I also told her to focus on my neck and instead she does what she wants and violates my butt.
