It was my first time here since this location is close to work, I walked in without an appointment on a weekday afternoon. My tech kept leaving me to work on another customer and vice versa the entire time I was there, I came in without an appointment so whatever not a huge deal. I originally came in for a baby boomer ombre but she told me this was $75, I have gotten it much cheaper at other places so I just went for regular gel. I was constantly told how to move my fingers and hands to accommodate for the tech and by the end I got the worst shaped nails I have ever gotten and paid $40 for super short stubby gel acrylic nails that looked like blocks on my fingers. Recently came here for the first time with my mom and we were both impressed with the service. For a $35 pedi you get a LOT and we were there about an hour getting scrubbed and polished and slathered with lotions. They even do a 10 min foot massage. OMG, it was awesome. My pedicure was rushed and rough. I seemed to be finished a lot sooner than others that started before me. I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted nor if I wanted callus removed (which I did and didn't happen) My polish was completed by a different person, which was patient and took her time. Nice place but pretty disappointed today . My son seemed to have someone working on him that was new and didn't really know what she was doing and he was charged the same as someone with polish. After having relocated from Chicago, I was missing "my" places at home. I'm so glad to have found Phoenix and have a feeling this will be my new go to salon! My technician was Sarah (good name!) and she was amazing - especially since it was her first day working there!! I would highly recommend this salon - and making an appointment as it was busy (rightly so!). The *only* thing that would have made it better was if there was a shoulder massage while drying as is common in Chicago salons. Judie is the owner and she checked in several times to make sure everything was alright which was appreciated! On a completely side note (this has nothing to do with the wonderful staff) - friends, can we agree that politics has no place in the nail salon? We all are entitled to our own opinions but discussing it while sharing very narrow-minded thoughts when you have no idea if you are completely making others feel uncomfortable is just not cool. From my one experience, I would recommend this nail salon. I was so frustrated when I got to this nail salon, it was my fourth and final attempt at having my nails done today. I walked in and they were able to seat me right away. A sweet older lady named Chi did my nails. I had gel on them and wanted to get another gel manicure. Chi was very through in getting all of the old polish off, which I've gone other places and they have left some on. I got glitter polish and she made sure I had full coverage of the glitter and asked if I wanted another coat, she actually put two more coats on, a total of 4 coats! She took her time and I really appreciated that, especially with five people coming in while I was there and only 4 ladies working. While I didn't get a pedicure, I liked that they use covers in the foot baths, I could see the barbicide and UV disinfectant oven along the back wall and the ladies were getting their tools from there, which was reassuring to see. read more

The customer service is great, the woman doing my eyebrows and nails was really nice and even reshaped them for me when one of her workers shaped them weirdly. When i got my eyebrows done, the wax burned me but this happens to me sometimes when I get my eyebrows done. I don't think i'll be coming back for waxing services (just because I am so sensitive to hot wax and I usually go somewhere else) but maybe for nails. My gel manicure lasted about a week (it usually lasts 2-3 when i go to other places). My boyfriends sister also got a gel manicure but hers lasted longer... (maybe depending on the person who did it?). read more

My mom and I have visited this salon about 5 times now and leave VERY happy each time. Kelly runs the business and is very professional. She is quick to reply to text messages regarding appointments, always attentive inside the salon, and it is obvious that many of the employees have a lot of respect for her. A few of our visits have been during COVID and the salon is always following COVID guidelines. Each person has a mask on, plexi glass between groups, temperature checks, COVID checklists for customers, and hand sanitizer is always available. The salon is always very clean, which is a downfall for most nail salons, but I've never had a problem here. My mom and I typically get gel manicures and pedicures and no matter which employee is doing our nails, they look beautiful. The gel also seems to last a bit longer than other nail salons which I love. Their prices are very reasonable with different tiers of mani/pedi's, each of them offering different add on's. A-MAZING!! In the 20 years I have been getting my nails done, this is by far the best shop I have been to with exceptional service! I called my usual shop on a Saturday to get my nails filled and I was told my nail lady was no longer there with no knowledge or where she went. So I was just in awe because I had just been there two week prior and no signs she would be gone. Not only that, they were very rude when I asked questions about it. So then I went on a search and my mom told me to try this salon, and I'm so glad I did. I love love love my nails! They practice outstanding hygiene by not reusing certain nail supplies and disposable inserts in the pedicure spa! Just simply amazing! This review is solely about Judie, she's the absolute best! I've been getting acrylics done for years and I've never been anywhere where I wanted to return. Judie strives for perfection and continually makes sure you are happy throughout your service. If anything arises that you don't like she will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy with your new nails. I've never had a nail technician go to such lengths to make sure I was so happy with my nails. No matter what you want done or changed, she's happy to do it without grunting and complaining like I've experienced at other nail salons. She takes her time and focuses on you. I'm picky and somewhat of a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and Judie never fails to deliver. I actually would love to put 0 stars, the new owners as this salon are so rude! I called to make an appointment for a full set. I had asked for either Misa or Judie, they told me there both too busy. I had ask okay when are they open? They said 2 weeks! I said okay do you have someone else? They said all too busy. I said okay well can you make me an appointment for 2 weeks with Misa, the lady on the phone told me to call back then. I told her then what's the point of an appointment? So made an appointment. Came on my appointment (today) and the lady NEVER booked my appointment and no one was available to do my nails. I was called a liar by one of the girls said I never called and I shouldn't show up saying I had an appointment. So I told them they were so freaking rude and lost me as a customer, and I would be telling people about there customer services. I won't ever go back.
