My friend and I were interested in trying this salon given its ratings. In all honesty, it was just ok and not great; and I say this as someone who has been to a ton of different nail salons and has high standards. When walking in, I noted the beautiful decor and spacious interior. I got the Sunrise Pedicure, which included a 5 min massage. They area in which they are really lacking is service in terms of warmth and welcome, and that goes for both the front desk attendant and the nail technician. The tech got the job done and painted my toenails nicely, but she did only the bare minimum and was just kind of there. I was not offered a beverage of any sort in the duration of my time there (I'm surprised to read on here that someone was offered multiple beverages or even snacks!) and I did not feel particularly relaxed during my service or refreshed when I left. The first timer discount and gift bag were nice touches, but I personally would have preferred warmer overall service. In summary, the salon itself was beautiful and clean, but the service and vibe left something to be desired. Definitely would not come here if I were looking to treat myself or if it were a splurge for me. Hallie D - business manager: Your response actually reinforces why I was frustrated. I did not simply walk in expecting extra callus removal from a regular pedicure. I called the day before my appointment specifically to ask about callus removal and made it clear that this was something I needed. I was told that it was $53 callus included but if I wanted extra, it would be additional $5 (which I already did mention this in my previous review, please read thoroughly as there is no confusion on my end, but on your workers end with the pricing I was given.) When I arrived, my calluses were also brought up, so I had every reason to believe that this was being taken care of. I did not think I needed to sit there and supervise the technician to make sure the service I specifically called about was actually performed. I didn't realize how little had been done to my heels until later that evening when I looked at my feet. If I had simply asked for a regular pedicure and then complained that the calluses weren't removed, I would understand your response. That is not what happened. I specifically called beforehand, asked about the service, was given a price based on that service, and then left with my feet looking essentially the same. I appreciate that you acknowledged the buffing could have been better, but this was more than just the buffing being imperfect. The communication about what I was paying for was not clear, and I feel that responsibility shouldn't be placed on me for not realizing during the appointment that the service I specifically requested wasn't being done. In addition to that while your technician was buffing my feet if she sees that, they look like that this is how she wants to let your clients go? She doesn't wanna offer some type of different treatment or solution for my heels? I have to go pay someone else to do what your nail salon couldn't. I don't know why you think I would be returning. There's a reason why I didn't even come back on Monday. I didn't wanna waste my time arguing with people who just want to steal peoples money. read more

I booked both Pedi and Mani for at the same time, but the Mani technician need to go pick up her kids so they can't do both at the same time and I had to wait. It's ok but she was very rushing , so my cat eyes gel Mani has bubbles in three of my right hand fingers. I told her but I don't have time to fix them cuz she was already late from the beginning. Then at the check out I paid by credit card, while leaving, I remember I have a stamp card from last time to put more stamps, the lady told me it's only for cash payment. I then said ok then I don't need this stamp card, and she said she doesn't need it neither and said " you don't have cash??" That's is pretty rude. After I left, the lady called me said I didn't paid the card didn't go through and I checked my bank. I already paid. And it went through. I found this place on yelp and made a last-minute appointment. I was so happy they were able to take me in for a quick gel manicure. They do ask you if you have something on your nails, so that they can give you more time if you do. The place is really nice and clean. It is a little different than other nail salons. But you have to make sure to read the description of what they consider a gel manicure. I think some people expect more. I was offered something to drink twice while I was there. I tend to pick at my nails a lot now that I don't have acrylics. I needed to get my nails decent looking for an event. I was there 12 days ago and my nails still look great. I clean a lot and no, I do not wear gloves when I'm cleaning and scrubbing. I will definitely come back and also try the pedicures. read more

I had an absolutely fantastic experience today. From start to finish, everything was great. The concept of their business model is to keep everything as natural & hygienic as possible. You won't smell any acrylic in here. Nor do they have dip powders. They do however offer apres gel-x. I can certainly appreciate their attention to cleanliness. Their OPI color selection is the best offering I've seen in a while. I opted for their mid tier pedicure with gel polish. By the way - price point is pretty perfect actually. It's been almost 3 hours since I left, and my toes still feel really great. I had a delicious berry champagne to help unwind. I even nodded off during the toesie massage.
