The atmosphere is that of a home rather than of a facility. The place is immaculately clean. Meals are home-cooked and healthy. The ratio of aides to residents is much higher at Greenview than at larger facilities and so all of the residents can receive individualized, timely care. The staff is carefully trained and very caring. The owner (Danka) has a wealth of knowledge about senior care and is expert at providing hands-on care herself. She is there daily, overseeing every aspect of the facility and of the care. Family and visitors are welcomed and become part of the loving community at Greenview. What a difference!

The occupational therapists, physical therapists, and speech therapists are amazing. There's no such things as "set" visiting hours; I have literally come in to check on Mom at all times of the day and night. They really care about the patients here. I highly recommend Bath Manor Special Care Center.

One night when my coworker went in there, she found him laying on the floor in front of the door with a dirty brief on. His door was always open. So there fore if they were doing there jobs, why was he not seen? His last day there, I was there when they was passing breakfast trays. They saw he was sleeping so they didn't even bring him a tray. So, if u love your loved ones, please look for another place. U won't be happy here. One resident that lives there said she would rather die than live there. I could say so much more but that should tell u enough to run the other way

My grandmother is a current resident and has been for years. I had an opportunity to visit her several times during a recent visit. The moment you walk through the door your immediately greeted by the receptionist. If you're lucky you came on a day that she made freshly popped popcorn. Walking through the home all the nurses are lively and greet you during your passing. I had the pleasure of meeting Loretta who was one of the staff nurses on site who was entertaining the residents. Her bubbly personality warmed my heart. I can tell she was well liked amongst the elderly. Rarely do you find an individual who enjoys her work. You can tell she very happy and passionate about making a difference. This meant a lot to me as I confirmed my grandmother is very well taken care of. The facility is very clean and organized. There is always something to do or a form of entertainment for the residents. I saw a performer sing to the staff in one room and another room crafts being made. I appreciate how they handled my grandmother during her time of care. One person who truly stood out to me was Steve I saw him interact with the staff. My grandmother mentioned he takes really good care of her. I find this home a safe place to leave your love one whom may be in need of 24 hour care.
