I literally went for a consultation, I had no PT or injection. I literally only went to check out the place and after looking at their space I felt that it wasn't what I was looking for. I paid my $25 co-payment and went on my way. A month passed by and I get a bill saying that I owe a lot of money to them. I called to see what happened and I was charged out of network. I reached my Limit for out of network cost. I was responsible to pay the bill. I tried to explain to them that I had insurance and was told that my consultation would be within network and my insurance company would cover everything and you think they would tell you that your visit will not be covered by the insurance company but instead they want make more money and charge me for the consultation. I told them that I was recently fired and that I barely have any money to eat. Dr Oryan Baruch literally told me too bad and that I have to pay up or he's send me to collections. This doctors is running a scam and doesn't care about the people who are losing their jobs due to covid.

After being rushed to Brookdale, 2 bad surgeries and 2 months there I needed another surgery. I went to a different hospital for the last femur surgery and found this place for the physical therapy post surgery in 2012. Carl and Nicholas were great and still are. In 2014 I returned because I was still having pain in my left knee because of the first 2 left femur surgeries. I came back for 3 months and the physical therapy helped to relieve the pain Fast forward to Oct 2018. I have my left upper arm/shoulder broken by a NYC subway. One surgery then about 6 weeks later, I was given a referral for PT. There was np question wherw I would go. Same great professional service and medical knowledge even with new faces but Carl and Nicholas still here.

I did some intense research and found Mr. Simon at his Union Square location. Mr. Simon is a phenomenal physical therapist because he did not just focus on my neck, he focused on me as a patient as a whole. He is very deliberate and thoughtful, and works with you to create a physical therapy plan beyond just coming in for a neuromuscular massage. With his suggestions, established care plans, and Neuromuscular therapy combined, my neck and shoulder pain isn't just totally under control--it's gone. Highly recommend!

I took a shot and stopped by since everything else I looked at was an open till tomorrow and were out of the time frames that I needed; Glad I went. Set in a pleasant neighborhood, I was greeted in the front and led to a small workspace that contained his massage table and the interview process began. I told him my most pressing need and showed him exactly what was bothering me and he understood comprehended and took action. I also didn't realize I had some shoulder imbalances which he worked through to the point where he restored it to a normal range of motion within 5 minutes. Overall I walked in having trouble standing up and sitting down under the power of my right leg and now I'm able to move around a lot more freer with less pain and with hopes to be able to run again within the next weekend and be competitive. Obviously I'll have to go for another session which I booked again but this man does good work and is very humble and knows his craft.
