My most recent visits were for low back and hip pain. Over the weeks of treatment, I was seen by Liz, Stacey, Jenn, Steph (??) and Marcia. At every visit, I was greeted with a smile, compassion and willingness to work with me to accomplish a pain free end. While I wasn't in the end able to meet some of the goals (MRI to follow), it wasn't for lack of trying on their part and their professionalism and the knowledge they imparted was so much appreciated! After scheduling about a dozen appointments, way more than needed, we started to receive bills. First over $800, then almost $500. This is after paying the many $20 copays. When we called them they said it was our responsibility to check our insurance and that this happens all of the time. I wish they would have told us this on day 1. When we called the billing office we were told the same thing. This happens a lot. Hopefully reviews such as this will lead them to becoming more transparent and prevent other customers from being misled and overcharged.
