Part of the trailer broke that seem to be repaired previously which I didn't believe was any fault of mine (they thought differently). When I returned the trailer he told me it was $100 to fix the part. I told him that I didn't feel that I should be responsible for it as there is nothing that I did to cause that part break and I also wasn't able to use the trailer for my entire rental time. before I could even finish my sentence the manager started getting very aggressive towards me and cutting me off. He then called me a liar and told me too never come back in his store again. And then asked him to calm down and stop speaking to me so aggressively as I've been a good repeat customer and I plan on doing more business in the future with him. This made him even more mad and told me to get out and never come back again. I've never seen someone handle a simple situation so unprofessionally. I've spent thousands of dollars there renting tools over the last two years and this is how I was treated over a $100 repair. It's not about the money it's about common decency and professionalism.
