Two young guys pleasant enough but not careful with our possessions. One guy carried three living room lamps out in a bunch and broke the glass base of my new lamp. Took a long time did not shrink wrap anything Did put pads on our tv's. Would not recommend this moving company read more

Disappointing Experience - Not the Help We Needed We hired this company for packing and moving services hoping to ease the stress of a busy life transition. Unfortunately, our experience left us frustrated, disappointed, and doing much of the work ourselves despite paying for professional help. Packing Day: The two packers who arrived were kind and polite. One had limited English, which made communication a bit challenging, but we appreciated their attitude. That said, what should have been a relatively quick and simple task turned into a 5-hour session just to pack the office, dining room, and kitchen--areas that were already mostly prepped and ready. Instead of focusing on efficiency, they spent valuable time individually wrapping items that didn't require that level of care (like dollar store trays and condiment bottles). It was excessive, unnecessary, and frankly a waste of time and money. At the rate we were being charged, it would have made more sense to toss those low-cost items and replace them rather than pay for this kind of wrapping. When my husband got home, he saw the lack of progress and canceled the packers scheduled for the next day. Move Day: The movers were scheduled to arrive at 3:30pm. We were then told 4:30pm... then 5:30pm... then no further updates until they finally showed up around 7:45pm. By this point, we were completely overwhelmed--trying to manage four tired, hungry kids, moving smaller items ourselves, and unsure if the move was even going to happen. The movers themselves were kind and hard-working, and we felt genuinely bad for them. They shared that their first move started at 7am that morning, and they were scheduled for another one at 7am the next day. That's simply not acceptable. It's unsafe and unfair to the workers and directly impacts the quality of service. Exhausted crews cannot reasonably be expected to deliver the level of care and attention that customers are paying for. They worked into the early hours of the morning, leaving around 4am. Closets were not emptied, and not all furniture was set up as we discussed. We were left with more work, more stress, and more frustration--defeating the entire purpose of hiring movers in the first place. Compensation: The company offered us $375 off the service, but that does not begin to cover the inconvenience, missed expectations, wasted time, and additional physical and emotional labor we had to take on ourselves. We believe we should be refunded or more fairly compensated for the significant shortfalls in service. This was not the help we were promised, and we are still picking up the pieces. read more

We hired Estrada Pro Moving to assist us in our move from Charlotte, NC to Franklin, NC. It was an excellent experience. From the moment we booked our moving date to the moment they delivered they continued to provide us with updates and they were very responsive to our inquiries. Since we had a lot of big items and assemble that needed to take place the move required a few guys. They were very punctual and started working right away. They were all very professional and efficient. Everything was handled with care and they showed true concerns for our property. Once we arrived at the location they made sure everything was assembled properly and that we were happy with the placement of the items. Throughout the loading/unloading of the items they continue to ask for our input and were willing to assist in everything they could. Extremely happy with their service in all aspects. I do not recommend this moving company. Most moving companies work by the hour but these movers are slow and milking the clock. They kept trying to change the terms that we agreed to. The trucks were old trucks. I didn't agree to every new version of terms that they would change to and they just walked off my job and left me high and dry having to find last minute movers. Their prices are cheap but honestly you get what you pay for. I paid more for the crew that came to do the job when they left but they were efficient and very professional and got it all done in the time promised. Save yourself the hassle, don't do business with these people. read more

Horrible experience. I needed a quick move and could not schedule 2 men and a truck, so I called Estrada and explained I was moving into a 2 apartment from a townhome. Soon to be ex-husband had placed everything into the garage so it would be easy access. Can you believe they were 1hour and 15 minutes late and showed up with only tape and blankets. Said they didn't even know they needed to bring a truck..,?? What was that supposed to mean. I called a moving company to move . If I didn't need a truck. Could have moved things myself! Also, no tools. The first thing they did when they got to the destination apartment was ask me for a knife to cut the tape off the furniture they had wrapped. Wasting time discussing how to do that. We didn't have one, so the guys used their teeth to bite the tape to remove it. They didn't have tools to reassemble furniture that my ex had taken apart, which I would have gladly paid for and would have appreciated if they had brought tools snd could have helped me out there!. Worst is that they took 2 hours, 30 minutes and seconds to complete the move. Not even another minute. So they rounded up those extra seconds to a 1/2 hour for a total of 3 hours. I have moved several times in my life with professional movers, and they only charge 1/4 hours. Needless to say, the bill was $415 for a simple move and I paid them $420 since I had no change, and that was all. A big $5.00 tip. Good riddance. Adios. Don't let the door hit you on the way out. We had a great experience with Estrada Pro Moving. We worked with Arnaldo. He was very prompt and professional. He and his crew were there as agreed at 7AM and they packed and loaded all of our stuff and were out by 3PM. Then he delivered it on Monday to our storage facility and it was unloaded and stored quickly. All of his crew were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone who is looking for a mover. read more
