Did seem to be staffed by very young employees that were neither a positive or a negative. Food prices are crazy, but that's true at most (all) theaters.

The renovation resulted in about 70 seats (about half as many as before). There is a lot of nice leg room and it's easy to get to your seats. I ordered our tickets easily on my phone and received them via email shortly after the transaction. Once we arrived at the theater, I just scanned the email and we were all set. The staff is very helpful with that process as they understand it is completely new. Last night's show was all sold out an hour before, so it's nice to be able to check and see availability before traveling there.

Reasons FilmScene is a must see: 1. Amazing new facilities with uber comfy seats. 2. Great concessions selections. Especially the craft beer and don't skip out on the popcorn! 3. Carter and…read moreJacob were great hosts, it's really nice to go to a place of relaxation and find people who care about their jobs and you can tell by the way they and everyone else there treated you, it was like they had a vested interest in the theater, the seats are recliners and new with heat, there are partitions in between the rows so it makes the viewing experience like you are the only ones there, I leave reviews for excellent places like this, this theater chain cares about keeping the movie theater experience alive and excellent, I quit going to theaters because of lousy service and attitude but this one has made a new customer! My kids even suggested we start having a movie night as a family again. Free refills on soft drinks and icees, and popcorn, clean bathrooms, and the concessions area was clean, I can't wait until Dec 2nd a classic thriller will replay "3 Days of The Condor" you have me hook line and sinker!
