We were in the area and my Mr. wanted to switch carriers. This was the closest Verizon nearby. From there, everything was quality service. He was patient and explained all the options/plans they had to offer. Since my Mr. was switching and was a new customer, he was eligible to get a free phone. He was able to get the IPhone 12 mini for free. We were even able to bundle up so we can save money monthly. So I started to think about how old my phone was and asked Randy tons of questions. He was able to get me $350.00 off IPhone 14 Pro. Both me and my Mr was able to transfer our data from our old phone to the new one with no problem. My Mr. had some hiccups along the way with AT&T, however at the end, we were able to come up with a solution.
