The fix was supposed to take a day (we were going to pay extra for the faster fix), and were told a week AT MOST if we weren't going to pay extra. The fix was going to be $80 total. The reality was it took TWO MONTHS to get my device back and I was charged around $150. I had to call them multiple times, stuff always came up with them. I understand that things happen, but they never called us about our device. We always had to call them and there was always a new excuse as to why my device wasn't ready. This seems highly unprofessional and I do not recommend this place to fix your devices. What was supposed to be a simple HDMI cable fix turned out to be far more expensive and time consuming than it was worth. If this place is your only option to get a device fixed, I'd recommend to save your time and money and just buy a new device.

When I arrived, a guy wearing pajamas was putting a hand written sign on the door saying that they were closed...then he locked the door. Another unhappy would-be customer told me that he'd been told that all of their employee quit this morning.
